Our previous groomer retired. I made an appointment with Ivey for today at Petco, and she groomed our two senior, rescue shih tzus. They've never come back from a grooming this relaxed or pretty.
I wholeheartedly recommend this young woman. Wish I could give her 6 🌟

I went to petco for my dogs first nail trimming. I will say that I was not impressed prior to this because I had been to the store many times in the morning hours and there weren’t any employees around to greet me, which left me with a bad first impression. I decided to go back for some reason because the price of grooming was cheaper than PetSmart. Sierra was the reason and the ONLY reason I will come back. She was so sweet with my puppy, she was very personable and knowledgeable. She did her job in trying to also upsell me on Vital care which I know is not always the easiest thing for people to want to do, but she actually made it make sense to me. She also mentioned the Petco app, and no one else had ever mentioned the app to me before. I hope Sierra’s managers see this and remember her when it comes time for any promotion or recommendation as she advances in her career, whatever she may choose.

Friendly staff and they're always stocked up, even on specialty food our dog needs (when her stomach is being a wimp)! Our son loves seeing all the fish and reptiles when we go there too :)

Ivy in grooming is wonderful! I previously had a horrible experience at another Petco location getting a previous fur baby’s nails cut, so I was hesitant to try Petco again for this. However, I brought my new puppy in to get her nails cut and have been back three times since, each time to see Ivy and she does an amazing job. She is caring, patient and kind and my Suki just loves her. Thank you Ivy for your attention to detail and being gentle with my Suki girl! You always do a great job! Highly recommend!

It's been a little while since we went there for our pet needs, but I don't think I ever walked out empty handed. Always had what I needed. Staff was excellent, and friendly. Quick, and easy. I'd go there again for my pet needs.

Petco in Castle Rock is our favorite! The store is always clean, inviting, and well stocked. The employees are outstanding and are very helpful and friendly. You can tell they love pets! We feel good buying products from Petco and our cats love them. Thank you!

Went to Castle Rock Petco to get our 10 week old Labrador puppy his Vaccinations. VETCO tried to up charge us over $300 dollars for services not needed for a 10 week old Lab puppy. Stay clear away from anything related to VETCO. Petco should be ashamed to have VETCO trying to scam people to spend huge sums of money on their pets. VETCO is all about revenue…not concerned with the health of your pet.
