My car battery was so dead jumper cables didn’t jump it. Disconnected battery and brought it into Oreilly. Free battery test showed it was completely dead. They got me new battery and gave me instructions on how to install it. Went home and installed it, truck started perfect. Easy fast and helpful, got my truck started, thanks.

Excellent customer service. Ronan helped me figure out the issue with my battery and even went so far as to call the mechanic shop was working with to figure out the issue. He went above and beyond. Thank you. I'll be purchasing all my future batteries (and other parts) from here.

I love going to a retailer that doesn't make you feel stupid because you don't know everything about a product. I'm not a professional mechanic so I definitely have questions. I've tried all the big auto parts stores. The Castle Rock O'Reilly store is awesome. I don't care what employee you talk to, you are treated well and with total respect!
This starts at the top from the manager! If there was a couple chairs and a table there, I'd sit and have coffee and donuts! It's a great apmosphere they're like a small town hardware store and Cafe!
Love down to earth employees! Very hard to find in a giant retailer!

We were on our way out of town and low coolant message appeared. We were promptly greeted by Greg. He went to get the coolant and said meet him at the counter. Then he graciously added the coolant to our reservoir!! This in store visit was fast, maybe 2 minutes!! Awesome job Greg!! This was greatly appreciated! We couldn't believe how fast this problem was fixed!

Called 2 days ago and ordered break pads and rotors for my mother in law to do her front breaks picked them up yesterday evening after I got off work today went to replace the breaks and after removing the old pads went to get the new ones out of the truck and no pads they forgot to put them in the box so I had to drive 10 miles one way to pick them up
