Just had the best customer service via phone with Liam. He helped me navigate support to purchase lenses unavailable on the main website. Even took the time to look up to see if they had the lenses I needed and gave different color recommendations. He even offered to have me bring them in after they arrive to be put in. 10 out of 10 service. Thanks Liam.
As a side note - I called this store for support after going into the Park Meadow’s location and had a less than subpar experience. The gentleman in there seemed annoyed that I was there and stated there were no options other than me purchasing a brand new pair. I couldn’t tell if he was trying to make a sale, unwilling to help, or uneducated. Safe to say I will never return to that location.

An in store salesman came to my aid almost immediately, and while I didn't need a new pair of sunglasses, I did need some replacement parts and new lenses for my some ofy existing frames. Yes, I've been an Oakley fan for many years. He had all the parts I needed and was super knowledgeable about everything. I've been going to this particular store for twenty plus years will will continue for the foreseeable future.

I had the worst experience at the Park Meadows Mall location… borderline racism and almost made me never want to use this brand again. The team at Castle Rock saved the day and maintained my loyalty to this brand.

It has good offers, nice glasses. The employees were all attentive but the one who answered me called James was rude and without patience, in the end he gave me the receipt and left, I hadn't finished. it seems that he was bothered by my questions and requests, but they are there to serve the public, but rather they do not work in coustomers Service, bad experience. In the end I am left with the doubt of the clearance ?♀️ I don't know if he apply the discount to one of the glasses I bought or not.
