The worst!!! Bought parts at a different Napa in the same county and the employees can’t perform a simple return. They are either lazy or incompetent. Either way that’s bad service and I wouldn’t trust them to recommend me windshield washer fluids!

Store was large when we walked in. Private parking lot with lots of space. Saw that they rent tools and can recycle car batteries. He was looking for a particular part so he inquired at the front counter. The associate went to look at his inventory in back. Unfortunately they didn't have it. But the associate was helpful. Good visit.

So I picked up a very expensive set of headlight bulbs and when I went to install them a couple of days later I noticed that the bulbs looked like they had already been installed in another car, took them back and explained the situation, NAPA took the bulbs back and ordered me in another set No questions asked!Thanks
