The most unfriendly staff out of all the murdochs I have ever been to. Got in my car and I am on my way to parker murdochs. 6 employees made eye contact with me and stood in front of the chick's for 10 minutes and no one wanted to help. Unfortunately this isn't the 1st time I have experienced this here.

We went to meet the reindeer and it was a Big disappointment! The wait was long, their was no Santa bit a cardboard cut out and 2 reindeer flopped in a cage. They looked stressed and sedated. Kids couldn't even pet them or take pictures with them. Mind you it was free but we could have done better going to Evergreen and seen lots of them walking free and happy. Plus the store itself is pricey on supplies you can get elsewhere much cheaper. It is a cool supplier but the event was not good. My 3 year old was disappointed and said he never wants to go back because Santa does even go there.

This is a great store. Huge product selection and unique offerings that you cannot find anywhere else locally. I love having a Murdoch's in town. Service is friendly and helpful. Location is convenient.

Excellent selection. Went in for a specific brand jeans and they had plenty of them. The people who work there are super nice! It was our first time there and it was a great experience!

Bought a $1800 saw that needs to be opened up and blown out every time I use it. Tomas (mgr) said I shouldn’t flood it on choke…after watching his employee blow out their flooding… two people finally got it running and said nothing is wrong with it and will not honor exchange or return.17 day old saw used twice now and they won’t take it back or even exchange for a non-lemon… why warranty a product if you’re not going to stand behind mfg warranty (Stihl)This is the 5th Stihl product we have bought as well as countless other items from Murdoch. Also, the last.

I love their handmade and made in America products. I bought my girlfriend a gorgeous belt buckle there and she absolutely loves it! Also, it seemed to be reasonably priced.

Very bad experience. I drove down from Breckenridge to buy chainsaw. Turns out they built the chainsaw wrong. Put the wrong chain on. They are suppose to make sure saw is running properly. I took one cut and chainsaw exploded and this basically ruined saw. If you buy any saws from them make sure you double check saw before using.
