Bought from them when they were Medved ford. That was great, came back (1.5 hrs away) as a loyal customer to upgrade and the owner was not willing to work with us at all. Guess I will buy a brand new vehicle from another dealer. I cannot recommend them anymore, I miss Mr. Medved, these guys don't care about customers, unfortunately. FYI, they would've made money off the offer I made, but greed runs deep here.

They also said the battery was about to die and needed to be replaced immediately. SInce I had seen no symptoms, I declined. Over a year later, battery is still fine.

I brought my Ford Escape in for service, which I had prepaid when I bought the car. After I got almost home (20-25 minutes away) I got a message on my dash saying the windshield washer level was low. I texted them about this problem and their solution was for me to drive an hour RT for them to do something ( which I had prepaid good $$ for) they should have done in the begining. Maybe you should think about using their service department before you go in. I can't because I prepaid for 60,000 miles worth of service. I'm stuck with them.

Wow. Really don't like giving another "1" for a service department, but damn. The last 3 times I've been in this service department I've left feeling like more of a burden than a paying customer. It's really unfortunate for you that Ford Service Departments are a dime a dozen. Customer service isn't easy, but hire "people" - people. Folks who are kind, hospitable, appreciate, are of service, and simply care. What you have now will only continue your demise. Good luck - I'm on to the next Ford Service Dept

By far one of the worst Ford dealerships in CO.Took the car in for a simple oil change and to have a recall looked at. Was originally told I didn't have a recall and then I showed proof of a letter being sent to me. They then asked if I hear a metal noise, in which I replied no. They In turn said there is no need to look into the recall that I can disregard the notice, which I'm not believing as a result of somebody being lazy to do their job.I then was told my battery was under 450 amps and needed to replace my battery. I told them it was replaced 3 months ago. I had them check it again and 5 minutes later, they came back and said the results were the same. Seemed pretty quick of a retest.I left and called AAA to have them test and replace my battery since it was only 3 months old and under warranty. When AAA arrived and lifted up the cars hood, they found several pieces of Hershey Kisses left in the engine compartment. I guess the sorry Ford employees left them behind as they were double checking my battery. AAA ran three tests and determined the battery was showing 700 amps on a 600 amp battery and said there were no issues with the battery. They also tested the alternator and again, no issues. It's clear Castle Rock Ford was trying to rip me off. I called and requested the service manager and/or their boss call me to discuss this matter. 3 days have passed and no call. Doesn't surprise me.Will take my business elsewhere as well as replacing my car with another dealership in the coming months.

I recently purchased a new F150 truck from Castle Rock Ford.Allina the sales person was exceptionally helpful, asking me to describe how I used my existing F150, and what goals I had for my new vehicle. She then identified the model that was the best-fit for my needs; while streamlining the trade-in process on my old truck.Overall it was an awesome experience. Zero pressure, fair price, with a knowledgeable, & friendly staff. Will purchase from them again!

UPDATE: castle rock ford quoted me almost $3,000 to fix my car. I took it elsewhere and two hours and $220.00 later had my car completely fixed. Do not trust them!! I have never experienced a business this horrible and had this much regret from asking a shop to look at my vehicle. They charge $250 for diagnostics (and they DO NOT tell you that, we asked for quotes over and over again and that wasnt mentioned once) we also brought a diagnostic sheet with us that was ran the day before. Every review here is true, they are incredibly rude and take advantage of you. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. We were quoted $300 at the start for THE WORK. Not for them to hook the car up to a machine and run diagnostics, so no work is done and we're paying what we expected to pay at the beginning. This business should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. Quite frankly they are mean, non responsive, and take advantage of you any way they can and i wish i took the reviews seriously before bringing my car in, but i try not to rely on reviews because sometimes they're misleading. THESE REVIEWS ARE ALL SPOT ON, TAKE THEM SERIOUSLY. even with a 9 am appt they didnt look at our car until the next day and we had to check in for updates, they werent giving them to us. After telling us the diagnostic charge was $260 within the hour it took us to go pick up our car the bill had changed to $330! I thoroughly regret bringing my vehicle to this location and completely throwing away $330.00 (again they didnt do ONE thing besides run a diagnostic) i will make sure i tell anyone i can to avoid bringing their vehicle here in hopes to prevent other people from being robbed and treated so poorly!

Here is an experience I had this week at Castle Rock Ford service. I needed to fix the running board engine and replace spark plugs. On the 2nd day of service the service advisor estimated parts+labor for $1,800. On the 4th day of service they sent an estimate for $3,037. After my question why the new estimate differs so much from the first one - they finished service and sent me an invoice for $2,280.I searched parts on Google and parts.ford.com and found that 6 spark plugs should cost $80 (not invoiced $131) and a running board engine should cost $640 (not invoiced $860). So in parts the overcharging was $270.When I picked up car today from Castle Rock Ford - they didn't want to change their bill initially but after some discussion and providing lower prices from parts.ford.com they finally agreed to decrease invoice to $1,980, which is almost same as initial estimate (+tax) and $300 lower than they wanted me to pay today. The most interesting part here for me is that I've owned cars since 2004 and it's the first time I had the idea to check parts codes prior to paying for the service, and it paid out pretty well. For sure I'll not use Castle Rock Ford service anymore and in future will always double check estimates.

Service department is awesome. I've bought new vehicles from them in the past and won't shop anywhere else. They've always treated me right.

Great staff behind the counter. See Burt, Jon or Ben to get those hard to locate parts.

Took an hour & 15 minutes to get an oil change that I made an appointment for. Charged 3% service fee to use my credit card for payment. Cheap move for a place already charging $70 for a basic oil change.
