Having done a good amount of research, we went into mattress firm mostly knowing what we wanted and was trying to get in and out. Was greeted by Evan who was personable, informative, helpful & attentive! He was quick to show us options yet thorough in giving us a full idea of what’s out there and things to consider within our parameters. Stellar customer service and we were in and out in about 45 min. Great experience and would recommend Evan and this location!

What a surprisingly pleasant experience. Evan led us through the process. He’s kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Refreshing! We spent a couple of hours choosing just the right mattress for us. Evan never tried to upsell us throughout the process. He was clearly invested in our satisfaction. While we were shopping, a couple of other groups came in for mattresses.
