Terrible customer service!!! Waited in line at the register. Another customer came to the other side of the counter with a separate register and was helped before the rest of the line with me in it. Then she began to clean up the other side before coming and helping me along with the other guests that have been very patient in line! Rude!!
Very frustrating. I wish the other two workers near the fitting rooms could have come to the registers to help.

Bought three pairs of jeans Black Friday. The third pair I didn't get to use till after Christmas an only wore two times. When I went to wear them a third time there was a tear on the buttocks areas seam that was noticeable. I attempted to ask the store about my options and they advised me to speak to corporate. I like the pant brand but the quality of material has gone down significantly in the last 4years or more based on my experience. The other two pairs are holding up which is why I give it a 2out of 5 but if I bought three pairs I expect three pairs to last me more three wears each.

So, I went in today because my husband found some jeans on sale, so I thought I'd go and check it out myself!!! Right as you walk in the door, there's jeans on the table( very misleading, because it didn't specify men's or women's jeans)... STRIKE ONE!!!! I asked this girl behind the counter, since I'm a bit curvey, what size I can wear since I'm between a 16-18, and I got this response " We'll, I've been a year and half, and the biggest size we have is a 14! And because you don't fit the lucky brand sizes, your better off going to Lane Bryant for your clothes!!! We are just an outlet, and they send us only the bare minimum"! OH SO STRIKE NUMBER 2!!!! When I finished my shopping, I asked another young lady to check me out, and she was super sweet!!! When the girl who was extremely rude to me asked why she wasn't getting the sale, I said it was because of her poor customer service, and her dislike of plus size women!!!! I've given birth to 3 kids and survived cancer, and yes, I know I'm never going to be a size 2, but I'm also five foot ten, what does she expect???? If I could have left them zero stars, I would, because of her!! I will not only call and speak with her manager, but I will also take this up with Lucky's HQ as well!!! This does not inspire confidence, and quite frankly,, and it shows the lack of customer service training, the lack of respect for paying clientele, and the lack of empathy on her part!!!! I do hope she loses her job over this, because NO ONE should be made to feel like they are not good enough to shop in a store just because they don't fit in with your ideologies!!! The lack of training, customer service, and empathy is sorely lacking in this store!!! I spent $300 and got treated like trash!!!! I will not go back, I'm so disappointed!!!!

I went to the outlet store in castle rock Colorado on Sunday 01/23 because of a sale that was going on, and I am literally very disappointed in this store, and I will NEVER visit or buy from Lucky brand ever again!!! As soon as you walked in the door, the jeans that were right in front were not labeled men's or women's, STRIKE ONE!!!! I then asked one of the privileged little girls who was working there, what size she could recommend for a size 16, and this is what I was told: "We'll, I've been here for a year and a half, and I've never seen anything bigger than a size 14, and because we are an outlet, we only get the bare minimum. I think you'd be better off going to Lane Bryant to find your clothes because you don't fit the Lucky Brand sizes!!" STRIKES 2&3!!!! I spent over $300 between the store and online, and this was extremely discriminatory behaviour, and the absolute worst customer service I've ever had!!!! There was no empathy, no customer service, lack of empathy, and absolutely no respect for a paying customer!!! First of all I'm a 49 yes pls F, a bit more curvy since giving birth to 3 boys and I'm a cancer survivor!!! The worst offense came when she asked why she wasnt getting credit for the sale, and I said why would you??? You didn't help me!!! She looked absolutely floored!!!! I'm going to be reaching out to corporate as well, because this is absolutely horrendous behavior, and the lack of training is disturbing!!! At this point needs to be made, and I want her to lose her job, because obviously, she is clueless when it comes to Customer service and Customer interaction!!!! If I could have given zero stars, I would have!!!! This will be my ONLY time shopping with Lucky Brand as it's sales people don't inspire confidence, their attitude is only skinny people can shop here, and not curvy girls!!!! I am appalled this company is that discriminatory about us curvy girls!!! Do better Lucky Brand!!!!! Not a happy customer!!!!!

Why did I not know about this location sooner!? Just fabulous! lots of jeans to choose from, but a wonderful sales associate helped me find a most comfortable fit! Including a great pair of boot cuts which seem impossible to find! They were having a 50% off Jean sale so it was like a TWO FOR ONE ?

Gracie explained the different cuts of jeans for me, very insightful. Made the experience super personal and I left the store with a smile on my face. I will buy my jeans at the location for now on 100%.
