Impressed with the customer service however the actual car wash is subpar. I always have dirty spots remaining, and the last time I went my front license plate was bent from the wash. Not any different from the other auto wash’s around town. I think I’ll stick to washing at home.

Extremely impressive carwash experience. Entered with a grey car due to the last two snow storms with ice slicer residue all over the car. Then left with a sparkling white car, all windows bright and clear, including clean tires and undercarriage. Will be looking into getting a yearly membership!

I love how the staff always helps me at the control box. I've never had a problem and the wash is always great! The vacuums are amazing.

New and still working out small kinks. Minor but when brush washing the front and rear as you go into the wash tunnel, the whole right rear of the back hatch was missed and was still dirty. The test was nice and clean. Not enough to stop using the service and I will be back weekly. Thank you.

We got a membership right when they opened near our house, and I could not be more impressed. They are always on top of cleanliness, so kind and customer oriented, and the manager hands out free wipes and other materials often. Victoria is my favorite employee of all. She is always so helpful and excited to help. She goes the extra mile when you enter the wash and has such a good attitude always. Very very impressed.

I stopped by this car wash on a whim today, and I’m so glad I did. Not only were the car wash and vacuums fantastic, but the people were so kind and friendly! From Ty who walked me through the different car wash options to the lady who helped me get my tires straight (I’m terrible at lining them up!) and the gentleman who did my pre-wash - absolutely everyone had a smile!

Used the free wash coupon to see if it would look better than after I run it through the Take 5 car wash. Much better result and much more responsive and friendly customer service.

This was my first time going to liberty car wash. I am very satisfied with my experience. The owner was so friendly and nice. The car wash cleaned my car efficiently and I used the vacuums that come after the wash.
