Bella helped us and everybody out when we were trying on multiple jeans. Her kind and enthusiastic nature were both professional and and friendly. Thank you Bella from the 3 girls a few weeks ago ❤️ Everyone at this store was nice and helpful, but Bella certainly shined!

First time visiting this store and horrible customer service. I’m here to shop not to beg for the clothes or money. I was rushed and no leisure shopping here at all. Cashier was completely useless and unwilling to help. I made a purchase for what I need, and will still come back next time but definitely will shop on my own without any assistance.

I love Levi’s especially the outlet. I always find something in there to buy. HOWEVER, they gotta have the weirdest employees Is2g. My last time in there was the final straw. The employee came over and literally didn’t say a word and just stared at me for like a solid two minutes like almost standing on top of me. And then she started staring at my two year old like she was going to steal him. I literally almost started cackling. I looked her dead in the eye and was like “can I help you?” And she didn’t SAY ANYTHING!! I’m assuming miss girl didn’t have anything to do but stare because they always have like 20 employees working and it was a Tuesday. I think I got asked if I’m doing okay like 40 times because I was the only customer. Every time I looked around one of them birds was staring at me. I started feeling like I was in some horror movie. I couldn’t even be mad anymore it was funny. BUT DANG. If you wanna always feel like you’re stealing bc they are always hardcore staring go here! I almost can’t take it anymore and would rather just shop online lol but the deals!!

Great outlet store, staff were friendly and happily went and got us different sizes to try on while we in the fitting rooms, and there was a large selection of men's jeans in size 28 which is often difficult for me to find. The cashier signed me up for their loyalty program to save 10% on my purchase and have a copy of my receipt emailed to me, and so far I have not received a ton of marketing emails like some other loyalty programs which started sending me 2 per day starting the day I signed up.

The sales reps were all nice explaining the deals for the jeans and will asking to help with finding any sizes. However the manager was rude she snapped at my six year old because she was sitting at the bottom of one of the racks. The sales rep that was working with us apologized for her rude comment.
