I have a 14 year old Honda Odyssey that my kid drives, so it is essential that the work done on it is thoughtful, not hurried and it is safe for her to drive. Les Schwab recently replaced the front two worn tires with some tires I had at home. Luckily they were the same type of tire as the rear tires. I sent my 18 year old daughter in with the car. They were patient with her, took the time to make sure that the tires I brought in could be used, did not try to needlessly sell her tires we didn't need. They also replaced three over torqued lug nuts and one broken (from being over torqued) one and took the time to fix my terrible alignment.I appreciate their honesty, their respectful treatment of my 18 year old daughter, and their hard work. I feel confident that my kid now has a safe ride. Thank you! I will be back!

I find it surprising that they repaired a punctured tire for free! They staff here are helpful and incredibly nice and professional. I will buy my tires here from now on.

Several years ago, I came in looking for a lug nut adaptor. They had one, and the technician GAVE it to me, saying, "Just keep us in mind when you need new tires" ?. I did, and have never been sorry. The tires are great, and their service is even better! I can highly recommend them!

Purchased my original tires at Discount Tire. Went to Discount to have a screw taken out of one of my tires and repaired and the weight was three and a half hours. Decided not to wait went to Les Schwab. Someone met me in the parking lot immediately after pulling in and said that he could take care of my issue right away. It took less than a half an hour for them to repair my tire. Not to mention the fact they didn't charge me, and I have never been a customer of theirs. But I can guarantee you I will in the future. Les Schwab you have just gained a brand new customer, and I will be back, I promise. Best service I have received in years !

Went in for an alignment, they did the alignment and then told me my tires were worn. So it was a waste of an alignment. As a woman going into the shop, I wish I would have been told about the tires prior to the alignment.I now have purchased all new tires (not from Les Schwab) and have taken it to another location to be aligned.Hope this doesn't happen to other customers!

My wife picked up a nail in her tire and I needed to find a shop to repair it. My experience in the past has been that most places will not do the repair unless you bought the tire from them. Not Les Schwab. Kaleb was very friendly and had it fixed in under two hours even though they were incredibly busy. I have found my new place to buy tires from now on.

Went in to get a slow leak fixed. Everyone was nice as could be. The person at the desk was trying to help us with the soda mashine that isnt owned by them even. Got the problem fixed and on our way as quick as they could.

As far as installing the tires, the service was great. When they were done they went to park it in a spot and got too close to the curb and rocks and damaged my front bumper fascia. Not sure why it can be parked right in front when the customer is waiting once done.Be aware of this if you have a low profile bumper, it’s probably going to get scrapped up and possibly worse like mine.I’ve never had problems at Les Schwab…I guess I’ll be taking 360 pictures of everything before giving my keys to them and I suggest you do the same.

Had a tire repaired 1 day later its flat. Something is amiss. The nail was right in the center of the tire. So yeah I'll be calling tomorrow and updating or deleting this if they help properly.

We totally recommend all of the workers here. We called with a bit of an emergent trailer issue with horses inside. They accommodated us and got us back on the road quickly. Highly recommend!

I went in because I was having issues with my tire slowly leaking air. I was greeted and helped immediately! The team found a razor blade in my wheel and fixed it for me. At the end an employee told me it was on the house! Overall I had a great experience and would recommend to anyone in the area :)

I have a lot to unpack here. I have been wanting to upgrade my truck. I went in knowing what wheel I wanted, & mixed on which tire I wanted to be included with a level kit. We ordered the wheels in 20", & after educating myself (there were no qualifying questions from sales). I changed my mind to 18' for more sidewall, I do off road. 20"s would have been a rougher ride & not what I was looking for on my investment. Long story short 2.5-3 weeks rolls by & now both sets are here. I had asked for some kind of itemization emailed to me each week leading into today. I finally got the itemization and the tires are marked up +$200 from the average market cost. It's my 3rd set of these tires so I knew something was off on the price. These were slightly larger so to be sure I called around to verify they were standardly priced -$200 or less per tire pretty much everywhere in retail. When I called to ask why I already had red flags up from the lack of pricing transparency until the final hour when they were ready to schedule install. When asked about the mark up, I got a very canned speech about how they normally dont carry the product so it was a markup. This is more than a markup. +30% from the base price is predatory, like ticketmaster for example. And the non-disclosure is just a shady way to do business. Unacceptable. I would have never proceeded if they could have just provided me an itemization from day one comparing the different pricing between 2-3 different tires. I could have made a more informed decision, & I never would have wasted my time or theirs from day 1. I can find help elsewhere at your competitors, trying to corner me to the point of install isn't a sales tactic. It's a good way to lose sales and good consumers. Buyers beware, do your diligence, they dont do it for you.
