Great experience! I had an appointment and there was no wait. Staff was friendly and helpful. The phlebotomist was wonderful. I hardly felt the needle at all, and she verified the tests I was there for. I think I was in and out in 5 minutes. And I received the results the next day.

doctor was amazing, super sweet & patient. but the ladies at the front desk had a rude attitude and were complaining. i work in customer service so i was trying to be extra nice since i know the annoyance. but they were just rude for no reason.

It's sad to see all the negative reviews on here. I've been going to this location for years and have only experienced the friendliest staff despite how overworked they are. Yes they are always crowded if you go during peak hours but everyone I have encountered has always been kind and hardworking. They could use a larger location with more seating because oftentimes you'll need to wait in the hall but I'd give the staff a solid 5 star rating every time.

Everytime I come to a Labcorp in Castle Rock it’s closed or something is wrong with their technology or the line is so long I wait an hour. C’mon Labcorp… stay open longer so people who work during M-F can get their labs done!! Beyond frustrated!!

Woman at front desk announced for all to hear everyone names, test they were having and what insurance everyone had. No privacy at all. Proceeded to take my print out from doctor and lay it on counter for everyone to see.

If there was an option for 0 stars this place would get it. You are better off going anywhere else but this Lab Corp. The staff here is more concerned about anything other than providing care for patients. Terrible! Shame on you Lab Corp.

I work in Triage and sending patients here is the last place I recommend. Front desk staff-rude and defiant. Absolutely asinine when it comes to bedside manners.

I absolutely HATE having blood drawn due to past trauma from people not knowing what they are doing. This was by far the best draw I have ever had in my life. I didn’t even feel it! No bruising. No passing out. No nausea. The nice lady even talked to me the whole time and kept me very calm. If you hate blood draws I strongly suggest coming here because it was fast and easy. I am beyond grateful for how nice the staff was and will be using this place for any blood draws I need from now on. Wish I could give 100 stars because I’m so happy with how great they were.

tried calling several hours before my scheduled appointment to confirm lab work details had been received from my doctor. the automated system takes a LONG time to allow you to press a key to be directed to a human being at this location. I was then hung up on over six times instead of just assisted with my very basic questions. You could hear someone pick up the phone, chatter in the background and that same human immediately just hangs up the phone on you. Not once or twice but 6x. Clearly they deserve such a low score on both google maps and yelp. This place is a joke. The fact they can’t answer a phone indicates they likely don’t have any skilled professionals handling bloodwork, medical documentation, etc.

I'm shocked that my botanist works with people, she was terrible. I'm a fainter and she was very mean and blaming me and God for fainting and fear of blood.

RN with a home health care company here.. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION OR ANY LAB CORP IF YOU CAN AVOID IT. They are extremely unhelpful and every location I go to is constantly busy, employees seem to hate their jobs, push back on anything / everything you ask them to do.

This location posts its hours as closing at 5 pm. I stopped by at 4:15 to drop off a perishable lab test and was told they were closing. Two others had been waiting to be served when I came in. I asked if I could leave my delivery there because it needed to be frozen, and I was told no. Very poor customer service.

The quality of care has gone down hill. When I walked in today the only two self-checkin kiosks were down and there was a greater than two hour wait. I’ve been going to this location for a while. The two staff members are always swamped, during the busiest time of the day. It’s no wonder they lock the doors promptly at 12:30 for their lunch. Hire some more people and give your employees some much needed support.

Very cold staff. I was chastised for standing near the entrance door by the Mgr. Receptionist very rude. No eye contact. Terse response to questions. Thank you, Valerie. Amanda - successful blood draw-I know I'm not easy- but a simple answer to a simple question would have been nice. If possible, I will avoid this site.
