I noticed a lot of these low reviews are based on things out of the staff's control. I have a medication that's in shortage as well, which sucks and causes a lot of stress, but it's definitely not the staff's fault. Everyone there always tries to help me and even offers to look up nearby locations to see if my medication is in stock! Medication shortages suck, but let's not take out our frustration on people trying to help us!

As someone who uses the pharmacy frequently (and has for the last 20 years), this pharmacy is one of the most frustrating to work with. I don’t have any negative reviews of any of the techs or managers, but it’s often hard to get ahold of someone when I need a real person to talk to. They’re often friendly once I can get ahold of someone, and one or two of them is even kind of helpful. However, one of my main prescriptions is constantly on back order and I have to ration out my meds to wait through and extra week or two before they get them in stock. This also happens to my husband and one of his prescriptions.
We switched over from Walgreens because of this exact issue, but are continuing to have the same frustrations.
I’ve given two stars because I appreciate that the staff is doing what they can, being so inundated with pharmacy orders and having such high staff turn over, but Corporate needs to step in and figure out why their system isn’t working. It used to be great, and still is on a rare occasion.

I feel like I needed to leave a good review because I’ve experienced nothing but absolutely amazing service from everyone I’ve interacted with at this pharmacy. They’re always friendly, helpful, and prompt. My insurance recently switched from Kaiser where the pharmacy is in the same building as my doctor, so it worked seamlessly. I was slightly worried about the switch, but this pharmacy hasn’t let me down. The staff is impeccable!

Made the mistake of coming here despite all of the terrible reviews. Our experience was on par with the 1 star reviews. Unable to go into the pharmacy with our baby in the car. Waited 5 minutes at the window before the drive through staff member refused to sell a behind the counter allergy medication. We’ve purchased this at other pharmacies this way without difficulty. The rude attitude was truly unnecessary. Don’t waste your time here when there are other great options in the area.

They try as hard as they can with how many people need prescriptions. They have always been helpful to me. My advice to people is to be kind and have patience. These people are humans too and they work very hard. Remember that.

I've noticed a huge improvement over the past year. They really try hard to please. Unfortunately, customers are rude, impatient, obnoxious and entitled. Be nice!

if i could give negative stars i would in a heartbeat. jackson, i’m pretty sure is the name of the new pharmacist, is discriminatory for no reason against people and the medications they have been prescribed. i have had my medications filled here for almost 2 years and never had any issues until he came along. he put a note in my account saying i can’t pick up the medication i’ve been taking for over 2 years, all because of his own personal feelings i assume? whatever the case may be, it is incredibly unprofessional and upsetting being treated this way. never again will i do business with these people. they’re rude and all act like they hate their jobs. please figure it out.

By far the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. Nothing is ever ready when it's supposed to be. Somehow miss prescriptions that have been called in. Watch out for the common it will be ready in 30 minutes line. It's NEVER ready in 30 minutes and you'll end up walking around the store an hour waiting. The number of naps I've taken in the chairs by the pharmacy is ridiculous.

Lower rating if I could!!!!This place is so awful! Their status on their app just keeps pushing the date on prescriptions that are supposed to be filled. When you try to call, you’re lucky to get even a “please hold” before you’re put on an endless hold. Sometimes it’s not endless, sometimes it just hangs up on you instead!I can’t believe with a1.6⭐️ rating, that anyone working there still has a job.

Pharmacy techs here act like they haven’t got a clue on anything. No other king Soopers I have ever been has been like this. Short dark haired lady has an i don’t care to help you fix ur problem attitude. As I wait for my meds I watch a whole line of people fed up with her. Looking at other reviews seems I’m not the only one to feel this way.
