“Designer” came into home for consultation and estimate. No design suggestions offered. When he tossed out a 35-40K initial estimate for a master bath Reno and we didn’t balk his final estimate came in at 50k. 10K for a simple 6 foot vanity, not including install, that was extra. He took off mask midway during visit and repeatedly chatted about past and future travel to the Caribbean. Guess that explains the 10k vanity. Not impressed. Makes me wonder about the 5 star rating on google.

We are really happy with the cabinets for our kitchen. Mike and his team do a fantastic job of patiently walking through options and look to work within their client’s budget. Just as important, they don’t just walk away after a job is completed. They continue to provide responsive service even several years after install if there are tweaks or minor repairs needed!

CAVEAT EMPTOR This is a tile company, not a remodel company. They will sell you tile and hire contractors to install the tile. They will also sell some plumbing fixtures. Be Aware they also ..... Ask for 50% payment up front - 90% if you are having cabinetry installed Will ask for additional funds periodically (not on an agreed milestone or % completion) - just at their discretion They do NOT Provide demolition services Provide electrical services Provide plumbing services (other than selling fixtures) Provide drywall, texture, or paint services Provide carpentry services like moving walls, adding doors or even something simple like (re)installing wood trim. Provide shower door services (though they do have a very good partner to do this work) And, MOST IMPORTANTLY, they do NOT manage the project. You should expect to BOTH Find and Pay your own subcontractors Have to Track your own Project, including knowing when to schedule various other trades to insure the project progresses without big gaps between activity In addition to the points above we had issues with JM Unilaterally changing the design to include tile (baseboard) they sold, then demanding a product restocking fee when we caught their "adjustment"and refused the change Changing grout color from what was spec'd Using an unreliable tile installer. This crew might not show until noon, would disappear for a few hours in the afternoon, then come back around 5 pm and stay until 8pm. Ultimately we ran off that crew. (Their replacement crew of Mario and Jorge was excellent - reliable, communicated frequently to make the work was being done as we wanted, and most importantly - did a high quality job) There was also a major red flag at their initial presentation - they confused ours with another project ...so .... They were not prepared to discuss our bathroom work. THE BOTTOM LINE We'd NEVER USE THEM again or recommend them.

It’s been a few months since our Kitchen & Bar renovation was completed and Dan and I are still smiling as we enter our new kitchen. The overall design, layout, functionality and aesthetics are wonderful and we couldn’t be happier. We have received many compliments on the beautiful kitchen remodel. Our project was particularly challenging in terms of layout and functionality. What we needed was a fresh, creative approach to a very standard kitchen to a wow design within a budget. I highly recommend Paul, our kitchen specialist Paul, with many years in the industry guide us through the entire process and not just "sell us cabinets".
