I came shopping in here with 3 friends. One of the male friends was looking at the clearance rack and an employee made a comment to another coworker “what is he gonna do wear the one XL thing on the rack!”
He told us as we walked out so I went in to talk to the manager. She gave a face “oh no that’s not ok, I’ll have a talk with the staff.” A comment like that is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING and disrespectful. I will never shop here again! They need to do better as a company.

I wear polos and this is the best fit and cut for women. Lots of colors and the price is incredible for the quality. Staff do the best they can. Great deals for sure!

I'm happy I took the time to go into J.Crew. I found two beautiful summer dresses. One white, which is one of my favorite colors and a pink striped one. I also got a pair of necklaces for a great price. They had on a great sale and I love to feel as if I'm getting a bargain. I was so happy. I'll certainly be back again probably sooner than I should.

I stopped in after spending the holidays with my family in Denver. J Crew Outlet had 70% off clearance plus an extra 15% with email sign-up. They definitely the best deals I found at the Castle Rock outlet mall the week after Christmas 2022. I picked up a great flannel shirt normally priced $70 for only $13 after the discounts.I don't need help picking out clothes, but I found the employee at the checkout very friendly. She was the one who told me about the extra email discount. Thanks!

Went by and decided to stop in to see what they had. Thought my son might like some shirts and coats. I wandered in the women's section while he shopped men's. I saw a couple of blouses I liked but the price point was a little high for me. My son said the styles are White House fashion which I took to mean preppy. We decided to shop around more. Also, not busy but no one greeted us when we went in. The other reviewers seem to be right about that.

It was kinda messy, all 3 employees (adults,not the young ones) were standing at the counter chatting. It was kind of weird. It felt like I walked into someone's messy garage sale.

I had an armful of clothes I was about to purchase before I realized at the last minute that I didn't want to give this store my business. I do not know why I continue to go into this store when I am never greeted or acknowledged. Shocked that this place is still in business.

Lied to us about the holiday return window. We were told we had until January 10th to return items for a refund. Went in today and was told our only option was to get a gift card because the 30 day return window had passed.
