“Shoutout to Tristen (one of the AAA on-call responders).This man is an absolute legend and savior.We called about a "dead battery", thinking I just needed a jump, however with Tristen's problem-solving and detail oriented skills he realized that my battery had some corrosion going on and that could be a culprit of the issue.Because of this, he removed my battery, gave me a new battery terminal, cleaned out the battery bay, cleaned off the old terminal, removed a "welded bolt" in the terminal (Subaru dealer said it was welded, so a new terminal needed to be replaced). Which this itself saved me about $250. Then lastly he cleaned off the battery connections itself with solution. This all took him about one hour to do.So long story short, I actually felt fortunate my car broke down, and I personally misdiagnosed it, as my car left in WAY better shape in Tristen's hands than when I left my driveway. Absolutely incredible human being. I couldn't be more thankful.I appreciate it Tristen, as you are the reason we are AAA members & moving forward. I will use this story when I recommend AAA.
