I’ve rented a truck from this location twice. Both times the cashier didn’t know how to handle the transaction. Both times I was misquoted on cost in advance via the phone. Both times it took way too long 1 hr+ one time. The other… I’m standing here and waiting. It’s been about 20 minutes so far.

I'll update this review when things start to change. As of January 2024, whenever I do the mobile pick up, no one comes out to deliver my order. We've waited for 15 minutes before going inside to employees hanging out and not bringing the order out. It doesn't make sense and it would be great for you to manage the curbside pickup better.

Worst blinds department in the area. We picked out a couple hundred dollars worth of blinds from here, we just needed them cut to size. My first sign of terrible service should have been the pile of blinds that needed to be cut all with notes to call customers when done.The first employee broke the machine after one cut, letting me know Brian, the main tech, would cut them later that day, and call me when they were done.Came in today, 24 hours later, and talked to Brian who was sitting less than 4 feet away from the “pile” of blinds to be cut. He claimed he had no idea I needed blinds cut, even though I could see the note saying “please cut then call customer” from where I was standing. Brian seemed way more interested in talking to his female coworker than doing his job. He was extremely rude and full excuses.Avoid Brian, avoid this store, spend your money elsewhere.

The employee in the electrical dept was very helpful . I give that gentleman a 5+ but the store didn't carry what I needed and the self check out people were not very nice ..in fact rude.

We ordered a Bespoke fridge from Home Depot on August 31st with a delivery date of October 21st due to back orders. On October 20th, it was rescheduled to the 27th, then rescheduled to November 15th. On November 13th, I started calling Home Depot delivery to inquire about the reason for delay. I was on hold, transfered around, and NEVER got a consistent answer. Finally, I was told that it would be delivered on November 18th. One hour before the end of the delivery window, we got a call that the truck broke down, so it would need to be rescheduled AGAIN!!! On Monday, November 20th, the delivery team showed up with the fridge only to tell me that they don't install the fridge panels or pull our old fridge out. Apparently, we were expected to pull the fridge out and disconnect the water line..WHAT!!! I told them to put the new fridge in the garage, and I would get this handled with Home Depot. I immediately went to the store to speak with the manager. I was told that the delivery team absolutely installs panels and should have removed the fridge. The next attempt at install was scheduled for November 28th. I ended up calling my kitchen contractor to come out on the 27th to move the old fridge out and disconnect the water line just to make sure that there were no excuses when the delivery team showed up on the 28th. Wait for it...on the 28th, one hour before the end of the delivery window, I get a call the truck broke down AGAIN!!!! WTH! I was beyond LIVID!!! I told the delivery gal that this needed to be rectified immediately and find someone who could come get this taken care of asap. She told me she would call me back...she NEVER called back. I called the store again to talk to the manager but it was now almost 5p so he could not really do anything that night. The next day the manager spoke with the 3rd party delivery team manager, who said the next available day he could get me scheduled was December 7th. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!! There is absolutely NO CARE for the customer or their time from this company! To shorten the story, the fridge did finally get installed yesterday, the 30th, but not without further complaint. The team that installed the fridge did a half a** job that had to be corrected and finished by my boyfriend. While the management at the actual Home Depot store tried to do everything in their power to get things done and make things right, I will NEVER shop at or buy ANYTHING from Home Depot again!!! This GIANT corporation should be ashamed of itself for treating customers this way!!! It may be a 3rd party delivery service, but your name is attached, and it is ultimately your responsibility to take good care of your customers!!! Good riddens!!!!

Tool rental is a very frustrating experience. Rented 2 different machines from here and both were no good. First machine was incredibly difficult to turn and made the job harder and longer to complete. The second machine overheated every 2 buckets and the mechanic was in able to make it out. Management made very little effort to compensate. When renting said machines my card got charged a $1500 deposit which is standard but there was no record of it happening and is still pending in my bank account 3 days later. Very upsetting.

Had an online order canceled, so I passed by to ask if I could get the same deal in store. Customer service wasn't sure, so a manager was called. The manager checked and said all good go and get the tools. Took a while to gather all 4 tools in the deal cause they had everything locked away. Go to pay... full price... call manager again... this time, the second manager called bryan came, he didn't even look in the computer and said it was an online only deal. I can even try to understand the whole online vs store, still dumb cause it's the same company but let's say I understand that, why make a customer go pick up tools if you are not even sure if it's going to work. Awesome waste of my time being thrown around from people to people. Terrible customer service.

Waited a half-hour to have an item unlocked asked help desk twice and had aditude both times like it was a bother to help some one. Home depot has really gone down hill with there customer service.
