This is my only splurge. I go once a month for a massage with Scarlet and sometimes Jessie. I also add a facial with Shelly now and then. They're all very skilled professionals.

I had a very relaxing time with such a much needed release of tension. I had Jerry , she was very great and knew how to fix me and told me to leave all my stress and fears on the table… I highly recommend her and this place is very professional and clean facility!

Robert is the best holistic care massage therapist. He takes a full body approach that takes into account how your body works together (or how it’s not working). Will answer questions as you go, has a neat story as to why he got into all of this. Best massage I’ve had in a very long time, the only time I’ve seen this approach used in any massage franchise. Very grateful for his training!He’ll do what you need, so just communicate clearly.

I’ve been going to Hand and Stone for facials for a while now and Monica is great!!! She is super friendly and so helpful! I didn’t know much about how to properly take care of my skin and since seeing her I’ve noticed a huge difference! My skin looks better than ever and I feel more confident on how to manage it and have learned so much! Definitely find yourself an esthetician who knows what they’re doing and cares about helping you learn more!

I had an incredibly relaxing facial along with a hot towel exfoliating treatment on hands and feet. So awesome! Monica is the best esthetician I have had. Very inviting, knowledgeable and soothing. She knew of lots of nice options too.It restored my bad sun damaged skin, from all my sun exposure years in colorado. She gave me a skin care routine to follow, not complicated. And had no problem with my beard. Wonderful Magic!!!! I will be back

I had my first facial ever and I'm in my mid 50s. I was a bit nervous, but once I got into the room I has immediately put at ease! Monica was amazing! Shemade sure I knew what she was going to do next and why; definitely put me at ease. I loved every minute and my skin was so soft and dewy... I'll be back!!

My skin felt terrific! Jen listened to my concerns and made a point to explain how the products she was using would address those concerns. She didn’t push me to buy a whole new line of products and was super supportive about the products I am using.

This was my first time getting a massage here. I have not had a massage in a very long time and thought I would splurge and get an 80 minute massage. I should preface this with the fact that I have a kinesiology degree, worked in physical therapy for 15 years and have had massages all over the world. I usually don’t like to give negative reviews but this time I think it is important to do it. The massage therapist that I saw with Scarlet. I had gone in because I had a few areas that I needed help with, and was very specific about the areas that I needed her to focus on. She said she was very intuitive, and would know how deep to go, etc. Unfortunately, she spent very little time on the areas that I had asked for her to focus on and when I asked her to go back to one of them, It was a very uncomfortable experience and the look, she gave me was extremely cold like I asked her to start over or something.. If that was the only issue, I would probably not be writing this review. When she was stretching me and moving my limbs, she began to move them in planes that they should not be moved in. I had to stop her a few times by pulling that extremity away, and she continued to tell me to just breathe into it. I had to say no. Please don’t move me in that direction. I am grateful that I did not get hurt during that massage but it could have happened. I think some attention needs to be given, and some education needs to be given. This is not an attack on the person it is a review on technique, skill and risk for injury. I left there in tears because I was still hurting as much as I did if not worse when I left, and I paid a lot of money for that. I personally will not be going back because of how uncomfortable I am, but I cannot comment on the rest of the massage therapists as I only received a massage from Scarlet.

I have overall had great massages here and the front desk staff have been very pleasant, but I am ending my membership because it is very very hard to get or reschedule an appointment at a convenient time. I’ve had to schedule months in advance and recently had a conflict come up with my January appointment (which I had to schedule in October) and they can’t fit me in for multiple weeks. Other locations have much better availability.

It's always hard to choose between a massage or facial so just do one of each! For facials, go to Monica. Literally the best experience of my life! And she actually WANTS to help you with your skin, so she educates! You won't be disappointed! :)

Have had great experiences with getting a massage here, however I was disappointed to find out that you can no longer share packages which was why my wife and I bought the package deal, and we still have massages left but they have told us we can't split them any more.We're even thanked when we continued to keep paying for our package through covid to try and help a local business.

When I am there, I do not feel like they value me as a person and are not interested in having me be a return customer. Additionally, this is a franchise and they will not honor my rewards upgrades even though I have had all my services there for 6+ months. They tell me I have to go back to that original site for rewards, or cancel and set up a new membership with their store. I get that it's a franchise, but what is the point if the rewards don't travel with you? I just don't feel like anyone cares.
