I was so mad. I got up and left. I got there a little after 8:00. There was two guys in front of me. I waited 15 min, witch was fine. She got done, said she had to clean up after him. I waited, and waited. She was cleaning everyone's stal. The other girl got done 15 mim. later. I'm still waiting. I waited thinking she would take me. No, she went and started talking to the other gal. I waited some more. They didn't care about me. . There was not one word said to me. Like it will be a few more mim.. I was so mad. I got up and left.

I have been receiving hair cuts from this particular Great Clips for about two years. At this time, I trust each of their stylists to cut my hair!Most recently, I had one of their newest hires cut my hair. While I cannot remember the gentleman’s name, he cut my hair with precision and care. His workmanship has received many compliments, unbeknownst to him!

5 stars for giving veterans free haircuts on Veteran's Day! Kudos! Doing this type of service, there should have been more than 2 hair stylists working- the app online check-in said it was a 66-minute wait...okay that is fine and we checked in with 6 people in front of us. That 66-minute wait turned into nearly 120 minutes being the 6th person in line because of only having 2 stylists. That was a bit frustrating, thus the 4 versus 5 star review.

Seems that the lady who works there didn't know how to cut hair. Took 5 minutes total for two haircuts. In the end I could have did the same thing at home for free

Normally I make an appointment on line. When I walk in I see my name on the screen and am asked if I checked in.. Went in today saw my name in the number 2 position and was ignored. 3 people behind me on the screen went before me. When I asked why this happened I was told I didn't check in. My reply? "My name is at the top of your list. When I came in you never stopped working just started calling other people." No apology. "Not our fault." Not the customer service I usually get. Not happy so I left.
