This store sells items for higher than their retail price tag. I have brought it to their attention on other items. Used Mason jars priced higher than new at Walmart.

It’s a decent store…… That it….Well now 70$ for a pair of Air Force one shoes worn out possibly fake, 40$ for Xbox 360 remote. I was in there for 30 minutes yesterday everything way over priced for stuff they get for free. It would be one thing if the high prices tricked down and the workers made 20$ an hour but that’s not the case the young pot head manager is marking things up and for what he gets nothing out of it. Just fueling a greedy corporate giant. If you have something you want to get rid of put it on marketplace for free someone in Castle Rock wil pick it up and appreciate you. Goodwill was a place for the working person to find good deals now that’s not the case

This location is clean and the staff is very friendly and items are easy to find. It’s a thrift shop, so if people want new items for cheap, guess you should wait for them to go on sale at a non thrift shop store.

This location has progressively become dirtier and smellier. They have raised their prices and have little to choose from. Now, they have permanently closed the dressing rooms for the ‘safety of the customers’. It’s of if I need to take the clothes home to try them on, but if they don’t fit, they only offer store credit- no cash refunds. I cannot afford to purchase the overpriced items and then be forced to spend my money where they have nothing that works for me. I will be taking my business, as well as the business of my family and friends, and my donations somewhere else. Very frustrating!!

3 stars because the prices are better at this store but it loses points bc the kids section is so mixed in sizes that it’s hard to shop. There are a good amount of books but pretty much no toys .

Called and they said they would accept Christmas tree donation. Loaded the tree, got there and Receivers absolutely refused. GW is normally my last resort to donate. Overpriced, CEO makes huge salary. I’ll donate to the landfill before I ever donate to another Goodwill. Nor will I ever buy from them.

I had a terrible experience at this good will, one of the workers Kennedy was very rude and petty to my friends. I went into the fitting room and i hung my clothes that i had just spent the previous hour searching for, and then the workers grabbed all the clothes i just picked out and spread them around the whole store and didn’t tell me where, so i had to spend the next hour searching for all the things i already found once. and then she kept pointing at me and whispering my name to people. and to top it all off when we asked Kennedy if she knew where our stuff was she said no to go use our eyes. I’ve never been treated by an employee this way, and i don’t think i’ll be coming back.

Just trying to help people understand something about Goodwill and if you don't believe me, please do investigate for yourselves. 1 ) Goodwill get's free labor from people that have to do community service. which is fine but do they really give back to the community. 2) Goodwill every day gets truck and car loads of items for free and a lot of the stuff was never opened or used, High priced items are then sold on line for a larger payout. 3 ) So many items are dropped off at goodwill that they remove tractor trailer loads of items every day. What they sell in the store is a very small portion of what is dropped off. 4) It is a convenience for people to drop things off at Goodwill because people don't know what else to do with the items that they no longer need. 5) A lot of items that are sold here are actually more expensive then at Walmart. According to Saturday Evening Post 90 percent of the clothing is sent to textile recyclers which is not a bad thing, it's getting recycled probably for new clothing. Just one thing!!! If anyone knows please tell me what does Goodwill do for the community because I never hear of anything.

Highly recommend calling first if you’re bringing anything larger than a small box, we have been turned away multiple times for items that their website says they accept.

Use to be great. Rarely find good items now. I was told the”good” items do not even make it to the floor when donated .Items are being taken by goodwill to be sold on their own sight to make money for their company .They list them as auctions to be bid on.These are donated items.Prices are so high in the store now that most of the time it makes no sense to even purchase. Sets of dishes priced per piece? 25.00 for used shoes?Today while shopping my daughter needed to use bathroom. There was a man in the stall in the women's bathroom!! When he saw my daughter he left. So creepy. I let the manager know. She didn’t seem bothered by this and said she would look in the bathroom? He left when my daughter went in. He had been just standing in the handicap stall. Scary! No reassurance that any measures would be taken to ensure safety for future in any way . Manager seemed bothered by me letting her know . I will not be returning any time soon.
