They are the best providers I have ever been to. Prompt friendly thorough reliable and trustworthy. Their staff take care their patients so much. Easy to get appointments with them and they are open 7days a week and also provide urgent care which makes it super helpful.If you need someone reliable and not too pushy with your health but will give you the right recommendations just go with them.

Everytime I go into the clinic, the staff are welcoming. When I see my PA Ashley, she takes her time and is very thorough. She answers all my questions and leaves me in better health then when I arrived. I love the small office feel too!

Don’t waste your time with this place. I’ve been trying to establish primary care for some time and thought this place seemed like a great fit. The day of my appointment they left a voicemail saying they could only discuss one topic at the appointment (which I’ve been waiting weeks for). I called them back and said I have many things to discuss, I have multiple diagnoses and can’t pick one specific thing when I have multiple illnesses, the receptionist said they only have limited time and I can only pick one topic to discuss. I canceled my appointment because there is absolutely no point in paying for a service when they can’t even fully treat their patients. Don’t accept new patients if you don’t have time to properly treat them. I’ve worked in healthcare many times and have NEVER heard of this. What an absolute joke.

I have nothing but praise for Founders Family Medicine. The care team is great-no matter who I see it has always been a good experience. Caring and thorough. The office staff is also awesome-they are kind and caring and always helpful.

My husband and I are in our eighties. We have had many doctors over the years but none with the diagnostic skills of Dr. Klienert. Due to her rapid response to my positive biopsy,she arranged for me to meet with an oncologist and surgeon within the same week.She is genuinely caring and humble which is uncommon in a doctor of her family status.

Founders Family Med saw me as the last patient before closing, almost 8pm. I had several specific concerns regarding the antibiotic prescription I needed, and Beth Hoekstra patiently listened to each one and gave me exactly the combination I needed. From front staff to nursing to providers, despite being the end of a long day, everybody was friendly, welcoming, and never once made me feel hurried or less important.She even called after I had left when the results of my tests had come back, and discussed possible options going forward, despite being after their closing hour.It's a stark contrast in experience to the other two urgent cares in Castle Rock, and well worth trying for first. I have nothing but praise for the whole experience.
