I come to this FedEx location on a weekly basis. JJ and his team are always very helpful & professional. Tom is a great employee and helps me on a regular basis with printing, shipping, etc…

So, who gave this company the right to take someone’s UPS package and slap a FedEx label on top of it and try to pass it off as my order? This literally happened. My daughter called them to say that her package never arrived even thought the website showed it being delivered with a picture (of someone else’s package) they said that they would take care of it immediately. Well FedEx, I didn’t want you to steal someone’s else’s package to have you deliver it to me. The package contained bottles of pills that even has the order information included in the box.
How scary is this?

Frustrating ask to have something printed and was told it was self-service. Stood there not being able to to get it done and ignored to the point I left. I'm 70 and can't figure out machine and no help.

Fed Ex has the worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I had an emergency where a family member needed a package sent to them asap. I called the number listed for this store to ask a quick question about pricing and last drop off. I ended up going through there automated system for over an hour trying to talk to somebody at the store. Not only did the system not connect me but it flat out told me several times that it could not connect me to a representative at the time and disconnected me. After several phone calls I was finally transferred to a call center in india I believe, the person on the phone gave me the same number to call as the previous and the cycle begin again. I only wanted to find out a last drop off date and what the quickest I could get this package to the destination. What a terrible way to treat customers with no ability to actually talk to a rep at the store in question. After all this I ended up just going to a UPS store nearby that took my call and answered my question within 2 minutes or less. What a waste of my time and a complete and total failure from FedEx. Just go UPS way better and more efficient.
