Interactions with the employees were not bad when I would go to this Fedex but one day when I walked in and wanted to ask a question the store manager walked up to me like I was suspicious, starred at me so intensely it almost seemed like he was getting ready to scream at me and it almost sounded like he passive-aggressively asked me whether I was shipping or not and I just felt so uncomfortable I left. Did not feel welcomed and I don't feel I shouldn't have another interaction like that again

While I recognize this is not the fault of the store entirely, I do think that the clerks should be ADVERTISING that there is no Money Back Guarantee right now with fedex. I paid $150 to overnight a package. It didn't arrive in time -- which ruined a family's Christmas photos. It arrived 2 days AFTER promised. If I had known it may not get there, I wouldn't have paid the money to ship it. Or I would have tried another provider that takes care of their customers.
