Watch them closely. Bought an item for $54. They hit my account for $64.73. Really, 20% tax? My fault for not catching it on the spot, their fault for overcharging.

The selection here was nice. Here's where the problem lies: Its still sales! Example. I walked in looking for a new jersey as I like to collect them and one of the reps said that the high quality stitched ones were higher than the screen pressed. That's fine but the problem comes at the end when everything gets added up. I don't work for the company or anything but they were trying to be really sneaky with their "discounts". When my payment was taken, it seemed as if they didn't want to give me a receipt and when I asked for one, the representative nervously and immediately went into what he did to save me like 2 dollars. He added an embroidery charge of about 15 dollars (I'm sure they are under pressure to sell this additional feature through corporate) then proceeded to give me a 17 dollar discount to offset the embroidery charge. Like why not just give me that discount without the charge? Or better yet, why not mention that the same jerseys are on sale for 25% off on your website after asking if there's any sales, promotions going on around the things being sold. Just like everything else nowadays, avoid physical sales environments because you WILL get taken advantage of and lied to and not have a great experience. At this point, those looking to go into a store for a "personal, face to face" experience is looking to overspend and be lied to for the sake of convenience.

Stars 1 & 2: They have a scent selection of apparel, gifts, and trinkets from various teams around the country, so there is more to choose from than typical Colorado gear.Stars 3-5 (missing): It's a little pricey compared to what you buy elsewhere (only advantage is if you just want it now. Customer service is lacking and the hours have become erratic and unpredictable. I've now shown up twice to find a sign that the store is closed until the employee comes back. I asked about it I'm a friendly way and was given several excuses with zero sympathy (after I had waited 75 minutes for the employee's return during scheduled and posted hours). No big deal. I'll never get mad back at an employee. I just won't ship there unless I absolutely "need" something last minute, which is too bad because I'm a big sports fan and collector.

Upper management at the store is just AMAZING! He was so helpful and caring about my needs for presents. He pointed me to exactly what I needed and even did a FANTASTIC embroderment on my hat and jersey!! I will definitely return for all future apparel needs :)

Went to get Phoenix Suns gear today, and the two employees that were there were so helpful the entire time! They were super personable, and actually cared. Definitely coming back.

We're never coming here again. Now I can't find a replacement hoodie that I got my mom for Christmas that this place ruined and will not refund or replace. Do NOT come here unless you want trouble.
