Cecelia (the optometrist) was great and gave me a thorough and efficient eye exam for my new prescription. The lady at the service desk got me into my appointment on time and I didn't have to wait past my appointment time. I re-ordered the same frames I had before (I like consistency) and I was in and out quickly. Good job by the team all around!

Everyone at Pearl Vision we’re so friendly. I unexpectedly had to work and they still seen my daughter without me having to be there. My daughter is 16 and has not had to navigate appointments on her own yet but they were very patient with her and helped make the visit less stressful and nerve wracking. Colette the store manager and I were able to talk over the phone and come up with a plan of care for her and get her the right glasses. I went in 2 days later for myself and I had the same great experience. This was our first time using Pearle Vision and would definitely go back. Thank you to everyone there but especially Colette because my daughter said you made her feel very comfortable.

The staff is very helpful and accommodating. However, based on our experiences, I would recommend that parents of children with disabilities ask specific questions about the doctor's willingness to collaborate and support their needs.

Dr Billings exam after cataract surgery was very thorough and provided me peace of mind that the surgery was successful. Her initial findings of cataracts led me to a reliable surgeon.
I look forward to trusting both cataract surgeries follow up exams with her.
Collette is also a trusting, reassuring leader in their office, whom I have enjoyed getting the best customer service from.

The staff is friendly and professional, and there is no pressure to purchase at their establishment, however I choose to because they always make sure I’m satisfied by allowing trial pairs of contacts, which I so very much appreciate!

Dr Billings is exceptional at defining the vision problem and developing solutions that fit into your individual lifestyle needs! She is thorough and provides excellent patient education!
