I was very happy with our experience. We had stayed away for Discount for a few years after having a not so great incident with them. I'm glad we gave them another try. I was able to select and buy the tires on line and set an appointment all at the same time. The staff was very friendly and they got us in and out in under an hour. We'll be back for sure.

I have purchased multiple sets of tires from Discount Tire. The staff is great and they stand by their work. We had an issue with balancing after a tire change during a snow storm and they quickly rebalanced the tires.

The folks at Discount Tire in Castle Rock are incredibly professional and generous with their time! Last month, a friend was visiting me and discovered a hole in her truck tire while pulling a trailer with horses. After calling around, Discount Tire said they could take care of her that evening - if only she could leave her truck with them for a few hours. We didn't realize until the work was completed that they were offering to repair her tire after their store had closed! True to their word, her truck was ready to go in a few hours, and they didn't even let her pay for the service. This kind of customer service is absolutely unexpected. I'll be taking my business here from now on!

I took this pic of someone else's Jeep Grand Cherokee when I was in for a flat repair.FYI, these are NOT correct jacking points on this vehicle. Please train the staff... Those are plastic rocker panels that are not designed to hold the weight of the vehicle.

discount Tire, the business have been excellent to me over 20 years. They however, use synchrony bank who screws up everything that they touch to that end I will no longer be dealing with Discount Tire because once you make a purchase they're done with you and refer you to their incapable partner.
