I had gotten a nail in my tire. And unexpectedly now had to get new tires. I had two bad tires. First the customer service from one of the guys was very quick, very attentive, great with details, and went the extra mile. A wonderful manager also stepped in to help and also very attentive and quick. Both where beyond the help i needed at this point. Both showed empathy and concern for my situation and very understanding. The willingness to problem solve to make tires happen, i am greatful for them and appreciate the efforts that where put in. I say " Good job, keep up that attutude and work!"

I needed my tire to be replaced with warranty, called first and friendly guy by the name of Thomas E answered the phone. He is very personable and professional plus very knowledgeable. Even though they were very busy but he was very patient and apologetic that they are slammed and we get you in quickly. Overall very smiley guy and efficient. Thanks so much Thomas. I will recommend this place in Castle Rock.

I went to the actual dealership we purchased our vehicle from because we had a slow leak. They told us that the rim was damaged and it would be over $1200 to replace went to discount tire and there was actually a nail in my tire, they had me in and out within an hour, free of charge

I had a terrible experience at a Discount Tire In Colorado Springs, and came here for a second opinion. Bill Green, the manager, and Anna, who also helped with the transaction were beyond wonderful. Bill was honest, kind, and empathetic. He helped me get my tires replaced while being honest and transparent through the whole process. I would give this store 10 stars if I could.

We have used Discount since I could drive. We've used this location for 15 years. Beginning last fall, they have begun severely underinflating our tires. I went back twice last fall and still... my car finally gave me warnings that they were all too low. We filled them ourselves and never had another issue. They did it to our daughter's car too. Today I took it in for a rotation and they did it again! This time they had to let air out to get it as low as it was. And I even put this in the notes to the appointment. I don't know how they can't manage to fill the tires appropriately but we can. The car even displays the tire pressure - and it's accurate. We just double-checked.

Called in advance to let them know I was coming to pick wheels up, and make sure they were at the store
Guy lied and said yes, then in person told me it would just take ten minutes to get them
Waited around for an hour just to pickup wheels they had on hold for me and said were in the store! What a waste of time. Guy didn’t care, either

It is pothole season in Colorado, no doubt! I barely coasted in to Discount Tire today with not one, but TWO flats / busted tires. Ryan took great care of me and the team did a great job with replacement tires - even on a busy Saturday. Ryan was calm, professional, quickly explained my options, I made a choice, and the car was ready when he said it would be. I can’t thank Ryan and team enough for working me in so quickly and taking care of my unexpected Spring “gifts.”

I've been to Discount Tire twice. The first two times they fixed my flat for free and had michelin tires installed the third time. They were very helpful at all times and prompt on all accounts. Would highly recommend them.

I received excellent prompt service today as a walk-in. The staff was courteous to me and I observed courtesy and good customer service to everyone one else waiting. We have used Discount for years here in Castle Rock and my sons worked there during high school. Happy to continue getting exactly what we need when we visit.
