Usually I don't have a problem with this location. However, the young lady they had working the front tonight was so rude and passive aggressive. It was an annoyance to her that she had to help us. She clearly doesn't enjoy her job and it shows. Muttering/cussing under her breath and simply not friendly. This left a sour taste in my mouth and not sure I will visit this location any more even though it's so conveniently located.

Cute store with lots of friendly employees that always stays open late enough for munchies and cold medicine.
This is the only place in Castle Rock you can get the pain relievers or antiemetics you need after dusk!

Avoid - transfer your scripts anywhere else. The staff is rude and unhelpful. Truly don’t care to solve issues. It’s almost as if they deliberately are working to drive down their ratings. Would never have used them had my regular pharmacy had the medication my daughter needed for her surgery. You have choices, exercise them by going elsewhere.

I walked in to get a couple things and immediately saw a staff named Katie hit her VAPE IN THE STORE. That is absolutely ridiculous and not okay at all. She was also rude to other customers. I will be going somewhere else from now on.

Employees are very rude. I do not plan on returning and plan on canceling my membership due to my last 2 experiences . please train your employees better.

Shout out to the pharmacist working tonight. I had forgotten to call earlier to refill my sons seizure medication. I called and left a voicemail with the pharmacy. I believe her name was Kristin called me back in about 45 minutes and let me know she could have it filled tomorrow. After hearing how panicked I think I was, she got it filled for me in 5 minutes and stayed a little later to make sure I was able to get it tonight. I was able to keep my son going without missing a dose. Thank you so much for working around my stupid mistake!

Two stars because I've always eventually gotten my rx even though there is always some sort of proble. It's always taken me 30 min or more to get my rx and walk out.

The young person at the window is very rude and slow reacting and will just stare at you even after you ask them a question. I watched a driver with shaky hands have a hard time getting the sign board and the person at the window didnt even help. Also they never have anything in stock not even basics and when you ask questions they just stare. Honestly I rather drive to target cvs than go back. 0/5 stars

Without a doubt the slowest and rudest pharmacy in Colorado. I have no idea why they take so long, but if you ever call a RX into this pharmacy, prepare to wait no less than 30+ minutes (yes even hours after your RX is filled). I have never been here and not stood in line. Completely insane!?

When I arrived at the store, they told me to return in one hour. Two hours later, I was told my prescription would be ready sometime next week!! 👍
