Mister James, Sky, and alllll the other wonderful peeps at CVS are *AMAZING*! I switched over to them from Walgreens, and I'm never going back! Their customer service is outstanding! They always have my meds before I even need them and ready to go! I can not put into words how grateful I am to be a member of a pharmacy that actually cares and respects me and my family. Thank you all for being so kind and compassionate, as well as thorough and helpful! You all deserve a raise and then some! ?

James went above and beyond when we went through drive through 9/15. I had covid and he got my other meds as well prescriptions. Grateful for such great service as I am out of state.

Yes they have been short staffed over the last few years but so have many other businesses. STAFF IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY. Store manager goes behind the counter to help customers picking up medications. This is one of the BEST pharmacies in Colorado.

The store side of CVS on Future Street is ok. no real issues there. The pharmacy is atrocious. I go to fill a prescription and was informed it would take 20 minutes. 1 hour later, I'm told it will take another 5 minutes. I waited another 30 minutes, still nothing. I couldn't wait any longer due to a commitment elsewhere. I ask about the status, only to be vaguely told by a Gen Z employee without an apology that it would be ready sometime later. Just a waste of time. Unless you have no other option, don't use this location for your prescription.

The store is fine- that’s the two stars. I switched pharmacies because I was told how much more efficient CVS was vs a local competitor. The drive up window has not been open in the 4 times I’ve attempted to pick up medications. (The app keeps telling me they can only hold a refill for 3 days). They also don’t answer the phone which is not helpful. Medications have not been filled even though they were requested multiple times over the last two months. It took me two days to get my post op pain relief meds filled!

I walked up to the pharmacy and there were at least five people that just kept working and not acknowledging me standing there for minutes. Then I find out this pharmacy lost the physical prescription I brought them from an ER doctor. They barely apologized. They didn’t even offer to ring me up for the allergy medication I was buying. They are ridiculously incompetent. I wouldn’t recommend trusting them with anything important.

I went to urgent care on the evening of 6/9, got a script sent over to CVS in The Meadows because the PA said they stayed open later than the one inside Target. We arrive at 8:15 pm to find it already closed. My husband got up early and arrived at 9:30 am only to find the pharmacy not open yet. I received a text saying my Rx would be ready at 12:40. We went again at 12:43 only to be told it wasn’t ready and to come back in 40 minutes. We went to lunch and came back at 1:40 only to find they had closed for lunch! I made a fifth trip to the drive thru at 3:30 and was told my Rx was “on hold”. After the technician checked, she said it had been put back on the shelf because I hadn’t picked it up, and that, if I could come back in 30 minutes, they could refill it. (You can’t make this stuff up!) I put my car in park, turned it off, and told her, “I’ll wait right here. I have been here 5 times in less than 24 hours and there’s no way I’m leaving without it.” In less than ten minutes, she came back to the window with my Rx. After insurance, it was 63 cents. I spent way more than that in gas and time. Good thing I wasn’t dying. Never again. And, I got a text after I left, that my Rx was ready for pick up. REALLY?

❗️WARNING! SHORT STAFFED!❗️The hours have been wonky for the past 2 years but because they are short-staffed. They have to close early on some days and a little later on others because there are not enough people to work the full day and night.We've lived in the area for years and it's been hard to rely on this CVS location for medications these past 2 years.

The staff are great, even though they appear understaffed. But when I get help they are fantastic. I'm not sure what the pay scale is for them but they deserve more, given their patience with some of the patrons I've witnessed lol. I think the managers name is Val or Cal, apologies bad with names. He is very good at what he does, and keeps the place so clean and well stocked. And he's super nice and always helpful.

Drive through is closed. Waited in line inside. Dropped on my prescription that pharmacist help associate put in the computer. Told me to come back in 40 minutes. Waited an hour then the line. They couldn’t find the prescription. Luckily I saw my prescription sitting on the counter. 3 people later, it was put in the system again. I was told then it would be another 30 minutes and then wait in line again. Absolutely ridiculous. Never again. Stay away.

Stay away from this pharmacy, especially if you're elderly or have prescriptions vital to your life. This place is so understaffed with basically bankers hours. I have bronchitis and my prescriptions were sent in on Tuesday at 1pm, it is currently 1pm the following Monday and my prescriptions are still pending with no accurate window on when they can get them filled. Unfortunately I couldn't move them to another place since these are in progress and insurance looks at it as I'm trying to refill them and not actually get them filled elsewhere. I feel miserable without my prescriptions right now, I couldn't imagine dealing with this if I was elderly or needed something critical to my well being. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone either and the lines are a mile long. So many other places to go to, just do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Rx pharmacy when your inside the store the staff is very good. Getting them on the phone is another issue. Don’t know if it’s a Covid / sick ( short staff ) issue.But wanting to talk via phone about your refills or other issues about your medication has been difficult the past week. Hope this issue can get resolved and that their employees are all ok.

Price gougers and their pharmacy hours are inconsistent!!! They charge $150 for prescriptions that I can get off Amazon Pharmacy for $15.

Had surgery today. They still haven't filled my pain meds. Been 6 hours. I have called several times. Twice on hold 20 min and twice 10 min. They aren't even answering physician line!
