This new service for check-in is awful and does not work. You can not book online. You call and follow the link and nothing happens, and when you try to call no one answers. How do you keep business if you can not even book an appointment. They need to answer the phone too. People like to buy ok appoints around what they are doing that day. Even just going in a Que does not work people do not want to change their schedule since they can sit around and wait for a text. Very disappointed with the changes made to get an appointment.

No one there when I walked in, had to say "hello" several times before a person showed (Peyton). Came in for a trim around the bottom only. My hair was already wet so the stylist didn't even have to use water! It took her only a couple of minutes but the sides were not cut evenly. She fixed it but then charged me for a full haircut...what! She tried to defend this action by claiming that was what I was charged last time - this was a blatant lie and I told her what my last charge actually was. Wished I wouldn't have tipped her and made her take it from the haircut she fleeced me on. Won't go back!

Linh did a great job! After getting frustrated with an expensive stylist no showing on me, I decided to go to cost cutters and save some money. I had Linh cut about 18 inches off my hair. She did a great job of cutting and styling it to flatter my face. I'm still very happy with it a few weeks later.

Let me start by saying Lihn is a very good stylist, in fact so good that I kept going to this location in spite of everything else that makes this place a nightmare. I miss the haircuts she gave and the stories she told. I hope she and her family all the best. This place is so badly mismanaged that I finally had to find someplace else after 7 years! The manager has the personality of a feral cat and customer service skills to match. "Mel" would be better suited as a short-order cook at Waffle House (she's too rude and crass to face customers). And the two times she cut my hair (before Lynn) I got to hear sordid details of rotten kids and delinquent exes while I got a bad haircut. Ownership has changed a couple times, they struggle to keep staff and have ridiculous turnover, call-offs, and inept stylists. Tension among employees is high when they're busy, due to incompetent scheduling and a website that is a mess. My final straw was when they double booked my appointment (for the 3rd time in 4 visits). My haircut was done 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time. Lihn, if you're out there somewhere, go someplace where you're appreciated, and drop me a line on my cell phone so I can find your new place of employment!

Only cost $25 and was a MUCH better haircut than the $75 dollar one I got at a local salon last year. I highly recommend Linn next time anyone needs a cut?

My daughter wanted a trim and Linh cut at least 2 inches. It’s too short. I kept telling her, that’s enough but she kept cutting. She did give my other daughter a proper trim. Had similar experience last time we were here. Will not be back.Service: Haircut

Kyong decided to take her own artistic wants into consideration instead of my desires and wishes. Gave me a hair cut that I did not enjoy. When I asked to shorten my hair further I was told "no that would look bad." Got told my normal haircut lacked style. Not happy at all and will not be back.

My boys have always had pretty good haircuts from this Cost Cutters but my 18 year old son just went by himself requesting a low fade. After Kim finished cutting his hair, my son asked her if she could fade his hair a little bit better and Kim responded, "you're wasting my time, I have another client waiting." I was shocked to hear this. My son was so upset, he came home and scheduled an appointment with another hair salon in town to try to fix this mess. I really wish I could post a picture; nothing was cut straight, the back and the sides are not even, the "fade" (which is not a fade at all but a buzz above the ears) is at a right angle...terrible.

I don't know what the issue is but I have gone in 3 times with an online appointment, I go in at the time it gives me, then they tell me no availability for the whole day. What is the point of the online appointments if they have yet to work? Waste of time and lazy employment

Came in to get a haircut, (knew I probably had to wait just a little due to me being a walk-in) But I walked in and no one greeted me or said anything so I just seated myself. Both stylists were with a client so I thought they would just finish what they were doing and greet me afterwards. One stylist finished and checked out the customer, looked at me, said nothing, and went to the back. I sat there for almost 30 minutes with no greeting, no question on what I would like done or even them telling me to come back later. I walked out after being ignored the second time of them coming to the front for another client. Not sure if it was because I am a young costumer and not an adult but I will never be returning. Terrible customer service.After reading a bunch of other reviews, this seems to be a reoccurring problem. Whoever owns this place needs to fix it asap.

We got in without a wait & now I know why. Customer service was RUDE!! Stylist kept making faces at my child when she said how she wanted her hair cut and then told her, "You won't like it!" My child wanted certain parts buzzed with cutters and I had to instruct the stylist over & over to go back to spots she missed with very long hairs hanging.In the end the stylist only shaped one side of the buzzed undercut & when I asked for some layering on the rest the stylist literally looked at me and said, "No." I asked her again, "Please layer & trim the ends." She said, "No."Then I went to take a picture & she said, "No, no pictures. You can't take no pictures or video."I was so ready to get out of there and I spent an hour at home trying to fix it. We ended up going somewhere else the next day who actually listened & knew what they were doing. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

Good haircut at a good price. In and out in about 20-25 minutes. Kim was very pleasant and did a good job on my hair. Prices are reasonable. Often books up so it seems the way to get in is by appointment only.May revisit this review after I give it a couple more tries. Consistency will get the 5th star.
