Worst customer service I have ever serviced stay away from this store at all costs. Today I had an interaction with Susan the store manager as she introduced herself no business card to back this up. I had an issued with the jacket that I brought a few weeks ago I will admit that I did not have the recipe but they were able to find all the other items that I bright the same day in ttheirsystem but the jacket. The store manager stated that the jacket was an online jack only as they do not sell that jacket in their store and stated that I was confused on where I bright the jacket. I showed the manager an entire rack of the jackets in her store, and she stated that she per her system never sell any of the jackets that I had brough and that she had a rack of. Susan Sten stated that I must still be confused on where I got the jacket and if I had any nothing else to contact the 800 for warranty and customer service then walked away. I will never go back to this store, and I advise other to not go here as well.

I ventured down to the outlets to get a jacket from Columbia for my nephew who lives in Georgia. He saw my white fleece Columbia jacket when I was home sfor the holidays o I decided that I would get him one. I was fortunate on the day that I went in that the store was busy but there was a big sale and I not only bought him a jacket I bought another for me in a different color. My friend that I was with bought 2 jackets for herself. I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend.

The manager needs to take a class in customer service and learn to talk to people. If you have any sort of issue, be ready to be treated like garbage and talked down to.
