Brian Thomas was extremely helpful. I had opened several accounts and credit cards and wanted to have them linked together. Brian worked with me, and was able to unravel everything. He’s a life saver!

Don't bother going to this bank to open accounts. They had 4 bankers at their desk with no customers and they couldn't help me open an account until tomorrow.

Rarely answer the phone. Personal bankers rarely available. Appointments always too far out. Interest rates have never been good but then they hold your deposited checks excessively long even though they’ve already cleared funds at a prior bank.

Terrible service. Went in to open a saving a account and they wouldn’t help me because they had appointment starting in 40 minutes. They guy was in the back corner office and refused to help after the teller came and asked him to help us. After such bad service at chase locations in general, this being the last chance I’m closing all my accounts including my credit cards and going to a bank that bothers to help me when I try to open a savings account and effectively lend them money for free.

Their ATM is either constantly malfunctioning, or out of service. Never open when needed.

I had an appointment with Patience Moore and her customer service was awful. She told me that she would call for the appointment, but she never did so I decided to go to Chase to see what is going on with my account. When I showed up, she said that she didn't call because there was nothing wrong with the account. I've been checking my account hourly, and my account has yet to be cleared. I tried to explain that to her, but she said instead of complaining to her, I should try talking to someone else. She was not only incredibly rude, but she also did not call for the appointment that I scheduled and instead of doing her job she told me to go talk to someone else. She acted like there was nothing that she could do about it, but when I went to a different Chase bank they were able to resolve the issue immediately.

Please don't use Chase for your banking needs. My job tried to send a direct deposit and it was rejected because there was "no account" found although I've been using the same bank account for the last two years with this job. I originally called this branch that I bank at, got transferred three times, and each time I had to give all of my information and my story all over again. I had to call back since I'm working and when I called back, I stated my story again. I was told my account was closed, and when I asked about that, I was told to hold on a minute. Then while he was looking into it, he asked me for my reason for calling, after I had already been on the phone with him stating the reason that I had called. In the end he stated that I needed to get different information regarding the payment, and that Chase would not be able to talk to my company to get the information, but instead I would need to call back and forth to get it sorted. So 30 minutes later and still no answer. Chase used to be a great bank to use, but recently it's felt like more of a headache than anything.
