I can’t say enough good things about “Star Cleaners”. They are very kind, understanding and above all so HELPFUL “. I called them out of the blue for help in hemming a long gown due to their other comments. I fully expected her to say sorry but I can’t help you out. Not only did they say bring my gown in the would hem in within the week I had left before going to a black tie wedding. I can’t thank them enough for the kindness and understanding they showed. I now use them as my regular dry cleaners!

Washer good , good price, very clean , dry not so good, not hot enough an hour to get clothes dry, heavy duty clothes still should be dry 35 minutes

Grace and her husband are the nicest people ever! They go above and beyond, and their customer service makes you feel like part of the family. Everything always looks great and done very quickly. Will not use any other cleaners except Castle Rock Cleaners. I took a pair of pants for alteration and needed them back by a certain day as I was leaving town and planned on wearing them for a special occasion. Unfortunately when I went to pick them up, they pants had not been delivered to them yet. I live 30 minutes away and knew I wouldn't be back in that area again. We were having a snow storm and the roads were getting slick. CR Star Cleaners drove to pick up my pants and then drove all the way to Larkspur (in a snowstorm, at night) to deliver my pants and then didn't even charge me! Now, THAT'S customer service! I will be back and settle our bill. Thank you! You know how to treat your customers.
