We have gone to Brooklyn Animal Clinic for years. Yesterday we did Josie’s wellness exam with Dr. Erin Homburg and her tech Cerria. I was impressed with how caring they both were with Josie, as Josie is very anxious. They were patient with her, extremely gentle and interested in what was best for her and what needed to be done. So nice to meet both of you! Thank you for loving on Josie.

The staff are very knowledgeable, kind and caring. Everyone made me feel as comfortable as possible while making hard decisions for my kitty. I highly recommend.

I have been going to Brooklyn vet for several years now and so far I haven't had any issues. They have been friendly and informative. Thankfully I haven't had any major animal accidents so its mostly been wellness checks and vacations each year, so I mostly I go there to learn my animal weight and whether it's a good or bad thing.

Dr Kathy is the best vet we have ever worked with and we have worked with a lot of great vets. The entire team at Brooklyn Vet Clinic are friendly, kind and professional! Dr Kathy is all that and more! She shows genuine care and concern for helping our 2 dogs have an excellent quality of life.

I cancelled my cat's ultrasound appointment with this clinic within 24 hours' notice. Three hours later I received a call from someone at the office badgering me about a $180 late fee (that I was never informed of) and that it needed to be paid NOW. The way this was handled was borderline harassment. Time to find another vet!

Absolutely fantastic! Dr. Kathy and the tech with her today were the most PATIENT and considerate care team for my dog. My dog has high anxiety and shakes going into any vet and dog stores and they made sure not to corner her and took their time to make sure she was comfortable. Most places take my dog away from me and I’m happy they considered her feelings and comfort level. My kids were also with me and they were patient with them as well while they were treating my dog. So grateful for everyone here!

Their fees are outrageously high. And their vets are very inexperienced. I took my dog 11 year-old Tibetan Terrior in to check out a lump on his right side. The vet who examined him briefly felt the lump, then she tried to do a fine needle aspiration of the lump and it took her several tries. After examining the cells under the microscope she could not make a determination, as she didn't get enough cells. She told me to watch it for the next month and then come back. My total bill was over $300. I then went back to my old vet at Belcaro Animal Hospital. She felt the lump and then immediately examined the rest of my dog's body, discovering two more lumps. She also made a map of the lumps for his records to track. The Brooklyn vet did neither. My old vet then examined the cells and came back with a confident diagnosis that the lumps were lipomas. The total bill was $85.

Been coming here for years (and have always had extremely good experiences) and had to put my first pup to sleep yesterday. Everyone there was SO AWESOME! They were very understanding and made it as peaceful and easy as it could be. I'd give them 12 stars if I could. Thank you so much to everyone there for being so wonderful through every step of his life's journey. I'll never go anywhere else.

Its been a year since we last saw the vet. Today my sweet little Rocco received the best care by Dr. Emily. I told the staff that he only understands Spanish. I was so thankful that everyone made him feel welcome by speaking to him in Spanish. One of the best vet places. Everyone was very pleasant and kind!

This place has gone downhill. I called to make a grooming appointment and it appears they only have one groomer working there now. What happened to the rest? I have been a customer there for years. The one groomer seemed very over whelmed and told me she was booked out for the year and wouldn't be able to even put me on the calendar? Very disappointing.
