My wife called me in the parking lot of the goodwill (next door) telling me her car was dead. Long story short: what I thought would be a quick trip to jump her car turned into a fried alternator. Thank goodness these guys are amazing. They took us in on the spot to keep any fire from occurring (you could literally smell the alternator frying). I haven’t experienced customer support like that in quite some time. 5/5 stars

I would like to say that this is the first time I have visited Brakes Plus and I really recommend it. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They measured the information about the vehicle I need. They are very professional. I definitely recommend them and of course I will return for their services.

A guide pin bolt for your car is usually under 200 is what I got told,
On parts geek and other places a bolt set for the entire front is under 50. A brand new caliper front pair is 150 and has all the bolts (and new calipers).

My experience at brakes plus was absolutely amazing! I brought my vehicle in to get my brake pads checked, but they were still fine and it was actually a transmission problem. Jess is my girl, she was so helpful and so friendly. Literally the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. As I was gathering my Warranty information, she was already searching for parts and figuring out when we could get me back in, just overall wonderful experience with them. Jesse also helped me out and is a very friendly fellow and Carter who worked on my car did a great job. I will definitely continue to come here ❤️

I've been a customer of brakes plus for years, but this is the first time I've been to the Castle Rock location. Glenn is really good at seeing customers' specific needs and working with them, and Gavin was straightforward and helpful. For an honest approach to car repair, try them out!

Had the pleasure of working with Glenn and Carter for an oil change and tire rotation. Very fast and professional, biggest plus was hopping back into my truck and I couldn’t even tell a mechanic drove it (no greasy handprints anywhere).
