This is the most caring group of vets we've ever been to. Our two dogs have been well cared for, and all the people go out of their way to make the animals (and their parents!) feel secure and loved. Plus-they make it so easy to get an appointment. Our vet clinic for as long as we're here.

Great vet. My only complaint is its very hard to get an appointment when your dog is sick. Hopefully, they can increase their staff.

Called to schedule an appointment to get my cat seen. Wouldn’t even talk to me, said they’re not willing to see new patients.

Blue Spruce care about pets. It gives me peace of mind to know her well-being is as important to them as it is to me.

Blue Spruce is one of the best. Caring and professional staff. Knowledgeable veterinarians and technicians. They cover all angles of treatment, and I know my dog receives top notch care.

I would be weary of taking exotics here. They say they can handle it but my little guy didn't receive the care he should have the last time I brought him in. They said they did a full over exam on him including looking at his teeth but I took him to another vet a day later and they found a lump in his stomach and missing teeth and then he passed away two days after that. Upon hearing this from the other vet I requested my pets records and as his picture on his records they have taken a new picture of him where you can literally see the lump in his stomach. I'm not sure if they could have saved him but they could have made sure to do a thorough exam so he wasn't uncomfortable for his last days.

I brought my Ella girl today to get blood test that is required to get the dog NSAID. Ella limps after a run, so we give her as needed. Last time(first time) Dr. Onuma (we miss her) gave us 15 pills which lasted 6 months because we only give the med as needed. However today it was very surprising to me that in order to get another 15 or 30 pills, I was bit shocked by $199 price tag for the blood panel q6mo and $99 every other q6mo. I started asking question from the vet assistant Tori. Tori had a chip on her shoulder when she came out to answer my questions. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Wouldn't give me a chance to finish my talk and continuously over talked. I had to ask her to CALM DOWN and I told her she is being unprofessional. I quote she says, "you always complain" and stormed off to call her manager Julie. Julie came out and apologized for Tori's aggressive tone.
Tori, just like I explained to Julie, I want to be an educated customer and THEREFORE I ask questions to make my choices. If you think me asking a detailed question is a complaining, then you should not have come out to provide service to my Ella and myself. To be honest with you, I don't even know you and seen you before. So for you to have presumption about me and therefore aggressively talk to me was very unprofessional and immature. I let Julie know I would be writing a review and here it is.
Honestly I am disgusted the way she talked to me.
I was also told by Julie that I can take my 2 dogs and a cat to another vet and she would transfer the records. I told her I will make that decision after speaking to my husband, unless she prefers us to leave now. I told Julie to leave that decision to me.
I also wonder if owner(s) know how the staff is communicating and treating their customers.
So wish Dr.Onuma was still here. She was reasonable, genuine and really cared for my Ella, Rosie and Bodhi.
I think I will be looking for another vet office that treat their customers with respect and understand that we have a right to ask questions. (Julie also implied that I ask too many questions. I told Julie that I do have right to ask question(s) as I the office is providing service to my dogs and cat)

The new veterinarian Dr. Stacie Reyes is very patient oriented. I had to leave my dog at the clinic because they were trying to work me in without an appointment (long story). She called me before examining my puppy to learn any concerns I had. She also called me after to tell me how things went and what she found and what she recommended. She also came out to visit with me when I arrived to pick up my dog. I really like this new veterinarian.

Lovely staff, and my dog trust them. My dog has trust no other vet (tech) in her 12 years of life across several states.
Beyond the pup, I trust them with my best friend
