“This branch is by far the best branch in all of Colorado springs and Castle Rock area! They are so personable, helpful, and knowledgeable about all your banking needs it's pretty awesome. After banking at this Branch I will never Bank anywhere else that's how good they are.”

“Much better than the southern location in Castle Rock. Waseem and Crystal do an amazing job given the circumstances.Plan to wait if you are going inside. Business transactions (from the outlet mall) take forever and it seems like they are hamstrung with hiring since they only ever have 2 or 3 people working at a time.Use your mobile app if you need anything that doesn't require a banker or Teller, it's much easier.”

“I have been banking with Bellco since I graduated high school and I’ve always liked it and never had a problem. The past three months I’ve gone in to have an automatic payment stopped and each time I was told it’s canceled and I’m good and the payment has still come out. Today I went to the castle rock location and Laura, took the time to investigate what was going on and helped me figure out what the heck was going on. Turns out it wasn’t Bellco’s fault it was another institution. Needless to say, I was very happy that Laura took the time to help me and figure out my issue.”
“All the previous reviews were when this location was a BBVA branch. BBVA is no more since it was bought out by PNC which is a much more robust financial institution. PNC offers me more services and efficiencies as the 5th largest US bank. I'm delighted with the change from BBVA and am already refinancing my mortgage with PNC because Chase would not offer me, a long-time customer, a better rate.”
