This place, like all Bank of Americas, only wants to sell you stuff. They would not deposit a check from a different retirement plan company because it was not a Merrill Lynch retirement plan. I have a 20 year old account in perfect standing. There is absolutely no reason to bank here. If you have to use Bank of America I would strongly recommend using another branch. Perhaps they will help do actual banking instead of refuse valid checks and try to get you to switch to their retirement accounts. I have been a Bank of America customer for over 21 years. They easily could have verified the check since I had the issuer on the phone. The way they treated me is as if I was committing fraud. Chase had no problem helping me. What an absolute joke this Bank is.

Went in to make a withdrawal at 11:00 in the morning on a Wednesday and they have two people sitting around but I can’t do a withdrawal because their only teller is at lunch. Customer service is a joke

I've been a customer here for 5 years, never had an issue with any of the tellers, and the toxic manager finally left a couple of years ago. Recently, however, there is a female teller who is always extremely rude. She has lied about being new to get out of doing tasks. She has let other people go in front of me as I was patiently waiting. Not to mention the amount of condescending or rude comments that I choose to ignore. Today, she told me that I always have an attitude. I make it a point to be very nice to everyone there as I come multiple times a week for work. If any of my employees spoke to a customer this way, they would be written up and retrained on customer service. I try to avoid days where she will be working, but as always, this location has one teller and one teller only.David is amazing, but he is no longer a teller. Orit was fantastic before she transferred. Robin, who fills in from another location, is a tad slow but very sweet and always has a compliment waiting for you. Dawn knew how to run the show, but she too sadly transferred.

I've been a BOA customer for over 30 years and can definitely say that David Garcia provided the highest degree of customer service! David assisted in teaching me how to navigate bank resources. David is kind, respectful and professional with customers and colleagues.

To be completely honest I’m not sure why this Bank of America has such low reviews. I went into this location and David helped me with my account. He was really professional, attentive and even went out of his way to make sure my 2 year old was entered while we were there. The manager approached me as soon as we walked in and asked how they could help. It was really clean in there and everyone was really nice. Maybe the staff before wasn’t performing well and they had to rehire. Whatever the reason was.. the staff is really great NOW! Thank you for making us feel welcome!

Customer service wise the Castle Rock crew does a phenomenal job. I am currently making the transition from a local credit union down the road that crossed a line with me. I've typically enjoyed local banking but I've grown enough that I need additional resources and services, including direct 1 on 1 time with the specialists located at this branch. I've never banked with Bank of America or any of the other big 3 but I'm very satisfied with my decision to go with Bank of America. Keep up the good work!

Very very lazy group of people. I brought in my change jar to deposit it into my savings account and the lady told me I would have to roll the coins myself. Um, no that’s what the bank is for. SMH

if I could give no stars I would. I paid my auto loan in full on their website. They took the payment twice, overdrawing my account. Then told me there was nothing they could do for up to a week because they couldn't see the payment on their end, even though it was on their site. THEN said it would take another 10 plus days to issue me a check refund. SCAM! Don't do business with this company! EDITING THIS BASED ON YOUR REPLY BELOW: I have reached out. I've spoken to NINE people... none of which are "able" to refund the overpayment for up to 2 weeks. AS A BANK I WOULD THINK THERE'S A WAY FOR YOU TO REFUND MONEY YOU STOLE WITHOUT WAITING DAYS AND DAYS FOR IT TO CLEAR FIRST!

Can't get anyone on the phone. The automated system directs you to make an appointment. I do not live close to the any of the locations and just need a simple question answered. Terrible customer service.
