Horrible experience. Walked in today at 5:40pm to noone behind the counter. Waited about 5 minutes and walked back out? called them 10 minutes later to complain and was immediately put on hold. This autozone is a joke.

I stopped into AutoZone because I needed to change my air filter and was unsure if I also needed a new battery or not for my jeep. Dylan was very knowledgeable and helpful! He first checked my battery life for me, then offered to change my battery and on top of it, he didn’t over-charge me. Firestone wanted $360 for a new battery and Dylan shared his computer screen with me and the battery cost was $159.99. Thanks Dylan, appreciate your expertise and kindness!

These guys could use some help keeping up on oil filter stock lately, but overall they have had everything I have needed in parts to keep my Asian, American, and German cars on the road. If they didn't have it, the part has arrived within a day or two.

I ordered a part and when I got home it was the wrong one. So I asked if they had another option. I was told then that they couldn't find my engine in the system. Well how did you order it in the first place if it's not in the system. Can't tell me 2010 f 150 with 4.6 is not in the system.

Possibly 2 maybe 3 brain cells in this entire store, could be 5 if you go. Don't wast your time unless you have the part number in hand. When I requested a vehichle specific tie rod, he responded with "yes I know we sell tie rods, wait... oh yes we do."
