Be careful when you go to trade in your phone here. Mine went missing from the store and all the manager told me was that there was a "miscommunication" anyways and I wouldn't have gotten the trade in promo regardless. The sales associate got the promo's wrong. So I paid off my phone and gave it away for free. Nothing they can do, they don't even show it as being turned in.

The worst att experience. Very unprofessional. The man I worked with guaranteed my phone would be delivered within two days, when I called to check they had no idea why they would say that and when I called to ask about charges that they added to my account without my permission they hung up on me. Would not reccomend.

If you ever stop at this location ask for Aidan. He is an amazing worker and treats customers with respect. I went in this week to activate my new phone and he was so patient and guided me through every step. Aidan deserves a raise for how great he is at his job, including his excellent customer service. I hope his work goes acknowledged.

This is the best customer service I've ever received at a phone store. Hands down! In a very entitled town of snobs it’s rare to come across basic human decency. At this AT&T store there was a no pressure sales approach, relaxed & welcoming environment, easy to understand phone lingo, informative, affordability as well as top notch professionalism! Promote this young man or give him a raise please. Came in on a Sunday & walked out a very happy customer.

I was a walk in. Dennis smoothly transitioned from helping another customer to helping me. He reviewed my account, recommended a few changes, and took care of everything I came in for. He took careful consideration of my families specific situation, and all the services we are paying for on each of our seven devices. There were a few things I was totally unaware of about a couple of my families devices that he schooled me on. Because of Dennis, my life is a bit more productive, and I am more knowledgeable on a few topics. Thank you very much Dennis.

Went in to the store to upgrade my iPhone. Paul and Aiden teamed up to help me. Both gentleman were very professional and thorough. Can’t thank them enough for making the process quick and easy.

Dennis seemed more interested in watching baseball rather than helping me with my issue.I went in with a problem in which AT&T customer service told me I would have to go in-store to have fixed, only to have Dennis take me through the exact website I had already been to on an iPad. After that didn't work, I was instructed to call the same customer service line that sent me there in the first place.Overarchingly I feel as if I was not valued as a customer, or a human being for that matter. I would highly reccomend taking your business elsewhere.

I came in because the att logo was stationary on my screen and could not do anything on the phone. The people in the store told me that there was nothing they could do and that my phone was broken and I needed a new phone. They told me customer service couldn't even do anything. Later, I pushed the screenshot buttons and the phone reset. Very poor customer service.

Horrible customer service. My phone was displaying the att logo and wouldn't turn on. The manager of the store said, sorry your phone is broken and there is nothing we can do and sent me on my way. Later I pushed the screenshot buttons and the phone turned on. I called the manager later and he said we are not a service center and can't fix phones. They didn't even know how to do a simple reset.
