At the Castle rock Colorado AT&T store. There are two assistance that are very rude and short tempered, especially with elders. AT&T has never given me any problems with service, but the assistance at the Castlerock store, as I said, our rude and short tempered.

Probably the worst customer service. Came in with my husband on Saturday afternoon 11/4, there was no one in the store. The kid working couldn't be bothered. Never got out of his seat and could care less that we needed help. Dude, you're at work! Get up off your seat and act like you care or go somewhere where you don't have to deal with customers, because you definitely don't got it. Who is doing the hiring, I'd love to give feedback. HR not doing their job!

Great service by Orlando. After having horrible service at two other At&T stores it was refreshing to have good service. Orlando did everything he could to help me out. He deserves a promotion!

Sevag was super helpful with adding a line to my account. I was hesitant to go to an authorized retailer as opposed to going to a corporate store but he was absolutely great to work with. Will definitely be going back for any future needs I may have.

Dennis was great. I have been with Verizon since 1994. My 1 year old phone has been acting up and Verizon told me to kiss their but and give them a $1000. I went to AT&T and for no charge. I have a brand new 5G phone better than my old 4G at a cheaper price,very satisfied.

Went to this store to add a line. Ended up getting 3 new phones and upgrading one. The reps added on services and products I specifically said no to. Just got my bill and it’s over $300 more than expected. I have had to called customer services 4 times to get various add-ones removed that we did not want. This place is not to be trusted. Go else where and get different phone service. AT&T customer service could only tell me to return to the store for corrections since the reps were not truthful regarding all the up charges and failed to disclosed fees.I responded to your email and keeping in line with your customer service no response. Is it standard for you to provide an email no one monitors? Typical.

I've had mixed feelings about this location , but they have definitely changed my mind the last couple times I came in. They honored a quote from another store that was not policy and just fixed my phone that my kid factory reset. They will take the time to make things right is what I'm saying. Thank you guys.

Truly the man who worked with us (Orlando who moved here from Texas) went above and beyond. We had lines at T-mobile and were confused about our provider. He presented everything by to us and we SWITCHED. We literally walked into the WRONG store and changed providers because of your sales guy. Phenomenal

Paul, the store manager was so rude. We will never go back to that location and will continue to go to the Factory Shops location. I can't even believe this guy is a store manager.

I had issues with my phone. 2x I came in on the same day and dealt with 2 different young men. Both were so helpful and kind. They bent over backwards to help me. I will never leave att because of those 2 men. Castle rock att you guys kill it! Thank you

The customer service when we switched seems good until a couple months later. They can't get our bill right, we are being overcharged, and they told us at the store they can't do anything about it. ALL BECAUSE THE STORE MESSED UP SIGNING US UP PROPERLY. Tried calling corporate and unfortunately we continue to get customer serice that cant fix the issues. Poor overall experience.
