Always love stopping by this store. It doesn't always have everything in all sizes, but it has a great selection of clothing.

Great deals on Arc’teryx! Also, the employees were very helpful at finding sizes that were in back.

This really isn’t an “outlet” store any longer. We used to go in here and find some real bargains. Now it appears to be just an extension of the retail stores in Denver….with almost full price items. The “clearance” rack is only 15% off. I can remember the clearance rack being at least 50% off. They get a couple stars because the staff are nice, but this isn’t the Arcteryx bargain store that used to be.

First heard about this location during a climbing movie showing they hosted at Ubergrippen. Stopped in today and had an awesome experience! Staff were very helpful. I had a lot of questions trying to find the perfect hard shell jacket and they were patient and knowledgeable. Nick was super nice and gave great advice based on my specific needs. Will definitely be back!

My family and I wear Arc’teryx gear for all seasons. I was in need of ski pants. Went into the Castle Rock store for the first time, no greeting when I walked in, and several employees standing around the register chatting to each other, but not once came over to me to ask if I need help. I purchased a pair of ski pants, but wasn’t completely sold on them because I wasn’t sure if they were the right pant for me. I figured I would go home and research online since the staff did not ask if I needed advice or help. After a week and a half I decided to return the pants. Again, went into the store, no greeting and several staff huddled around the register. I pull the pants out with tags from the same bag issued. The staff member looks at them and says, “no returns” then moves a pile of clothes and points to a half sheet of paper on the counter with very small print that reads something about returns. I did not have my glasses and could not read the small print so I put the pants back in the bag, left and emailed Arc’teryx when I got home. Customer service emailed me back and said they have nothing to do with the store. The one that has their name on the building and only Arc’teryx clothing inside. I wouldn’t have seen it as a big deal if I was purchasing a low quality ski pant, but these were over $400. No returns on a high end item like this and corporate doesn’t seek customer satisfaction on their product? Between the staff disinterest in their jobs and lack of help from customer service online I am highly disappointed. There are plenty of other options out there to choose from.

This is a tiny outlet with limited selection. They had only one person working on a Sunday and she couldn't be bothered to look up from her phone. No greetings, no acknowledgement that a customer had entered the store. I tried indicating to her that I needed help but this lady was buried in her phone. Not impressed, I'd stick with American brands. the Nortface next far better.

This isn't so much about the inventory (which was great) but with the customer service. I've been in a couple times trying on/researching a bunch of gear (jackets and mid layers for fall hiking/winter camping and snowshoeing etc). Noelle (sp?) has helped me out twice so far and she's fantastic. She's patient/knowledgeable and zero pressure. If she's not in management she should be. It's pretty rare that I get that kind of service outside of small businesses where I'm dealing directly with the owner. As someone who cares about quality but isn't overly particular about the "new seasons" colors I'll definitely be going back here shortly to make a number of purchases. The gear is fantastic and customer experience is awesome.

Very kind staff at this location! I went in on Thursday and the female employee was so helpful and helped me pick out some pieces for my big move to Seattle.

The worst retail experience ever, I went into store were planning to buy a jacket for skiing. When I walked into the store, I saw a lot of people in the store, a staff like a manager took a lot of hard shells and walked to the back, the next scene, I was stunned, there were about 4 or so Asian-faced customers. In the store to grab the goods, the manager-like staff did not control the whole scene at all, and seemed very rude. I'm all freaked out. Later, I asked her curiously, and she proudly told me that these are bulk buyers. I sounded more annoyed. Why are there so many discounted goods, this manager can't let us ordinary customers shop, but proudly gave a lot of clothes to these so-called bulk buyers. This is so unfair too! ! ! Very angry with the management of this store and the image of this outdoor brand! that's terrible!

Worst store manager ever The store manager at this Arc'teryx either hates her job or hates this company. What a completely disrespectful and stupid piece of work. Started cussing at us for asking questions about a jacket. And then challenges us to go complain to corporate. Seriously? I guess no surprise there isn't any way on Arc'teryx website to send store feedback.. Done with you Arc'teryx, your store had the worst staff by far of any other at the castle rock outlets.

Absolute trash customer service. They hung up on me twice when I asked what the delay is. They make nothing but excuses why order has not been processed despite email saying 3-5 days. Will be over 12 by the time it's processed. Going with different brand. TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Agree with lack of assistance from any employees. Walked around the store for about 20 minutes and received no help from staff. A shame of an experience. For a high end store, I did not receive anything close to high end service.

Joke of a store, very disappointed. Apart from the very small selection, the associates were not helpful at all. I asked for help and they loosely pointed me toward a rack which had nothing that I was looking for. The Under Armour store was asking what I was seeking, attempting to find it and even searching online for me. I don't expect them to fawn over me but I would like to know if you have options if your one rack has nothing close to what I'm seeking.Whatever, I'll take my business somewhere that has running gear.

Arc'teryx needs not be reviewed by the likes of me. I'm just not worthy. This place is gear Heaven. Found the best collapsing chalk bag made. It has plenty of room for a pint of Sailor Jerry's when expanded. Just saying. Cheers.
