“We moved into the Venue community in July of 2023. In March, we transferred into a three bedroom apartment and each step of the way, we have received excellent service. Whether calling from Nebraska to plan a move-in from afar or walking into the leasing office in person, Jessica and Sylvia smile and help answer any questions we may have!
Our favorite features of this community include the dog park, our friendly neighbors, and the pool/hot tub area. We are more than happy to call this home!”

The maintenance team is top! One the maintenance guys name Sean is always helpful and willing to do what it takes to get it done.
