This is a gas station, how bad it has to be to do it wrong?!. Easy, bad employees. Dude, I was getting some food with me coworkers and I saw this kid walk in to pickup a order, he waited on the line normally and the old lady in the cashier register got mean with him, with all the yelling involved bc “she have stuff to prioritize than helping with other stuffs that is not HER costumer”.
Well just go to the other gas station literally at the other side of the street. Get better employees

The truth is, I don't recommend that you get gas at this gas station. I came to get gas and not a drop of gas came out. The needle in my car didn't even go up at all. I went to complain because it didn't. And also, the people who serve are very bad and very rude. I don't recommend them. The truth is, it's a very bad gas station.

Normally not one 2 complain
But I feel it's time
The African American lady working the register I's beyond rude!
She is like that every time I go in there!!
Instead of saying Hi how are which I do
Because I was taught manners
This day I walked in is the reason I'm leaving the review
Walk in I said Hi how are you her response was what do you need ?
I'm said I'm sorry
She then started rolling her eyes and slamming things
At in which time the manager jumped in and started to help me
Manager and employees her are always kind
I'm sure manager jumped in because I don't think this is the first time she has seen her being rude to customers
You might want to address her poor attitude

I just filled up my car I put $20 in anyways and it says it gave me 5.2 gallons and really it only gave me about two and a half I asked to speak to the manager you know I was like you know my car is I fill it up everyday and they're telling me that my car is broken or what not but the gas pump ran out of fuel while it was pumping into my car and there's nothing they can do about it so they are horrible I don't like that 7-Eleven they're overpriced they're bad for business they're always been rude and I don't like being told I'm wrong when I know I'm not

I don’t have any problem with the employees there since they’re generally chill but one day when I was walking in to get some food for the morning I came in and told one of the elderly employees what I wanted for the day but she then angrily yelled at me to speak up and when I did speak up and after I told her what I wanted she angrily yelled at me to get the pizza that I ordered myself. Very rude and unprofessional and very disappointing considering that none of the other employees there have that kind of attitude and are very nice and respectful. I'm disappointed to say I won't be ordering at this 7/11 again
