I was looking for a good groomer in Castle Rock cause this is where my sister lives and i visit often. I had a hard time getting them to get me on their schedule.....they kept moving me around. after that they made my pup look terrible. looked like someone who never groomed a dog before practiced on my baby. i wont be back

I am writing this on behalf of my roommate, whose dogs are normally groomed here (or rather, were). Recently, when we returned home, one of the dogs was whimpering, limping, and hiding. For days. The dog was very clearly mishandled. I hadn’t planned on writing a review, as my roommate was very upset and we were just going to move on. But I got curious, and I am disgusted to see others have had similar experiences. You should be ashamed of yourselves for the way you treated this animal. The dog was shaking for a week. So go ahead and write your rude response, just as you’ve done for the others. I’d rather have you abuse me than any more animals.

After reading positive and negative reviews on here, I decided it was best to give them a chance. These are not nice people. Unfortunately I have to agree with the others who have stated how bad this place is. I really don’t know how they remain in business as badly as they treat both people and animals.

BEWARE. Avoid this place and your dog will thank you. These is not a good place for your pet. They are very rough on animals. They have no problem being aggressive. Your dog may be returned injured, emotionally or physically from mistreatment while in their care.

I'm new to the area looking for a groomer. This is a humble spot with 2 ladies who are seasoned groomers, with many years of experience. They've been on the dog show circuit with their own canines. They are wise, with much knowledge about dog healthcare.

We have 2 long haired miniature dachshunds and Bev and Dee have always done a great job grooming our fur babies. Consistently prompt with appointments and always compassionate with all the pets they care for.

We will never bring our dogs here again. It's an odd place but is well priced and the grooming has always been good. After what we saw today, we won't be back. When my husband was picking up he observed one of the groomers disciplining a dog who wouldn't stop whining, first with a fly swatter and then using a shock collar that he probably wasn't used to. I guess it's possible she had permission from the owner, but it seemed very severe. We don't think it was their dog, because the German Shepherds that roam around are clearly theirs and this was a caged dog. They've never been warm, but this was over the top.
