Top notch gym with exceptional leadership all around. The GM spends a majority of his time on his knees making sure customers needs are satisfied. 10/10.

Sauna is nice and hot when it’s working. Entire gym is dirty. Disgusting. Most machines do not have options to add only 5 or 10 lbs to your exercise, which is an issue for me but not all.

Closing at 9 pm on a Friday??? Come on guys, I love 24hr and the location but how many 1 star reviews do ya'll need before you smart up and go 24hr?? I hate having to go to planet fitness but this is just stupid."We appreciate your feedback, many locations have returned to 24hr service" Just be better

I used to go to this gym not to long ago and it was great now they have the heat cranked up so high that I just sit there and sweat! Way to crowded with 16 year olds and younger that just sit on their phones and don’t even use the machines properly! The manager has no idea how to run a gym properly!!

This gym is insanely packed, not completely their fault since Castle Rock is really lacking in gyms but wow, this place is chaos. People waiting in lines for machines and very dirty machines. No one cleans up after themselves. Also a very young crowd.

This gym has had a consistent decline since it opened. I joined soon after it opened not many years ago. I only continue to stay here because I need a gym with a sauna. They no longer offer towels, swimsuit dryers, or a clean facility. It’s disgustingly dirty. Go upstairs to the main gym and it’s stuffy, stagnant, and reeks of sweat. I’d be curious if corporate ever visits this establishment.

I’ve been coming here since January. It is my happy place don’t get me wrong. But…Michael the general manager is the worst boss I’ve ever encountered. He makes the employee’s job a living hell. I made friendswith everyone who works there when I first started attending. Now all of them do not work there anymore. The place was so much better before Michael took on the management position. Thomas the previous GM needs to come back. Lastly, so many kids attend in the evenings. Stereotypical sit on the equipment for 20 minutes, scrolling on their phones or talking to a huge group of friends. A good amount of the girls that go there dress way too revealing then have the nerve to act surprised whenever they catch men staring at them.

Been a member of 24 for over 20 years. This gym is ok. Bummer they opted for no raquet ball courts.Wish they vented the chlorine gas smell from the pool so you could breathe while you swim.Staff is hit and miss but, it's 2023.

This is a nice gym but unfortunately the majority of the staff is not helpful. I have been mistakenly told that the cheaper option would be to pay for personal training, which somehow instead was almost $200. I did not show up to a single session and have asked multiple times for help getting a refund (which they said I could do at any time or even after a first session), and instead I was pushed off by multiple employees saying they will write my name down and someone will call me back, or to come in at a separate time. Turns out you can’t get a refund if it has been over 3 days since you payed for personal training (even though I tried many times, no one was able to help me in 3 days and it seems like they knew this). I was then charged again for $180 for personal training. I have been charged almost $400 for absolutely nothing, even though they have told me I can get a refund at any time (especially if I haven’t done any training!) and every time I have asked for help I have been told to wait a few days or that they can’t help me. This is absurd that not a single person has been able to refund me (the one person that did said they had to call corporate and I got denied). Eventually Cooper helped me get it figured out immediately (super helpful guy) and I got a full refund for everything.Good gym if you are looking to workout by yourself but they don’t seem to have any idea how to help customers. They seem to just want your money and don’t care to help you. Most of the employees seem to just stand around and talk except for the personal trainers.

How does a place that’s called 24 hour fitness close at 8pm…..moving close and was excited for this place! But the reviews and hours…sad I’ll find somewhere else. Do better!I’m sure this will get the automated “we take pride to be our best thanks for your input” when clearly not one of these reviews have been taken into consideration. Stop giving people a list of your gyms that are open 24/7 like you should be? Why would someone near this location want to drive to a different location?

Really nice gym. Name is misleading though. Definitely not 24 hours. I work long days and I get off at peak gym hours so I tried to go at 2 am to finish my workout before I had to go to work and still be able to use equipment but they were closed. Kind of disappointing

Was just about to restart my membership here but not anymore. Since when does 24 hour fitness close between 8-10!? The best time to work out there used to be 10-12pm. Last place I wanna go is planet fitness but I guess 24 hour isnt worth it anymore.

In short, this place is way overcrowded; the younger members lack gym etiquette; the weightlifting area lacks air circulation and gets warm; and some of the weight lifting areas have foul odors. I gave it six months and I can’t take this place anymore. Just cancelled.

Always packed to the brim. I've tried coming in the morning, afternoon, evening it doesn't matter. This gym is too small and not organized efficiently for the amount of people. There are some improvements they could make to help this some. All other 24s have longer hours. Closing at 8 is pretty early.Definitely evaluating other gyms since I'm driving to highlands ranch anyway since I can't go to this gym.

Wow.... this gym needs help! Let's start with the guy at the front desk, who spent more time playing with his mane and phone than taking care of customers. He was rude and condescending.... said he would give us a free workout, even though we had printed off free three day passes to try out the club - he could not honor that. We called prior and the same guy said sure come on in. The he is obnoxious! We would have like to have tried several different times on different days, but once was enough. The club is not clean. The club does not have enough weight machines for the folks who are trying to use them. People camp out on machines, playing with their phones and honestly, this seemed more like a social meet up club rather than a gym. More talking and cutting up then lifting. Once was more than enough, there has to be someplace better in Castle Rock... and we are on the hunt.
