Great! This Pharmacy was one of the few open during a big winter storm. They were able to transfer my prescription from another pharmacy that was closed and have it ready to pick up in 15 minutes. I really appreciate the staff! They were helpful and friendly!

Registered for a rapid covid test and drove here 20 minutes for the guy to call me as I'm in the parking lot, 5 minutes before the appointment saying "we actually don't do thoes here," why is it on your site then,waste of time.

Ordered photos for same day pickup and never received notice they were ready, had to call next day to get pickup. (Called same day and was told they would be ready)

The pharmacy staff are nice but why is it that pharmacies are the new DMV. Always understaffed and slow. Always a queue. Get your crap together Walgreens! Support your pharmacy!

Worst drive through experience. There is nothing fast about it. If someone needs more than 5 min they should be directed to come back. Especially if the prescription is not ready.

The slowest service ever at pharmacy, rude reps who don’t seem like they care about their jobs. Do yourself a favor and go to the one in Castle Rock proper.

I’ve never experienced worst service at a pharmacy in my life. Calling in is a complete waste of your time. They don’t answer their phones. Ever. You are never notified that your prescriptions are ready. 2-3 days go by since you’ve requested a refill, you call the automated line to check status and there is no record of your request. Embarrassing. Find another pharmacy. There’s a reason this one has a 2.8 Google rating and a 1.5 Yelp rating.

Absolutely horrible. Management needs to be changed ASAP. I have never experienced such horrific customer service. They don’t pick up the phone, don’t refill prescriptions (urgent ones!) on time, when they do pick up, they “accidentally” hang up on you and you have to go through waiting for a rep for another 45 minutes. The employees are apathetic, uncaring, unaccomodating. When we complained to the public relations department, they said they would get back to us and they did not follow through. Horrible.

The pharmacy service is very bad. Whenever we call they put us on hold and after 30mins disconnect the call. Never had we got a chance to talk to the pharmacist/ representative over there.

Been using this walgreens pharmacy for years but over the past year or so it has gotten so bad. The customer service is terrible, the staff gives an attitude and makes you feel like your inconveniencing them. Also they are so SLOW to refill prescriptions. I requested one be filled last Friday (on the app-because it said it was time to refill) and yesterday I received a notification on the app that action was needed and to call the pharmacy. I called 6+ times and waited 30 mins plus on hold and never got through to anyone. Then at 11am I decided to go by there and see if I could get it sorted out. I get there and the tech (who seemed bothered with everyone) re-entered the prescription and said it would be ready later in the afternoon I said perfect thank you. In the app it said it would be done by 2pm. Well I kept checking the status on it in the app and its now the next day and its still not done. Really considering switching pharmacies

Unfortunately I know better than to visit the pharmacy. I had purchased a product that was supposed to be dispensed via a small pump. It did not work so I exchanged it for the same product. It was very easy to do.Instead of driving home, I decided to break my way through the plastic even though I did not have a blowtorch with me. Once I was able to retrieve the product, I could not get it to dispense.This time, I decided to exchange it for another product. Unfortunately, technology did not like that - it would not allow a return on a return and it would not allow the original receipt since it had been used.I had to wait for about 5 minutes for the supervisor, but he was more than happy to help me out.

This pharmacy released a controlled substance RX to my parents after I called and requested the RX not be filled due to their Alzheimer's. The next day my parents called me and asked what the drug was they received from Walgreens was for and why do they have it! I called Walgreens and asked how this happened and the pharmacy has NO RECORD of the RX being filled yet I have the RX bottle with the controlled substance in hand! I think this is a DEA reportable lapse and Walgreen Pharmacy and pharmacists are incompetent. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing.

Kayleigh and Kevin are such kind and thorough pharmacy techs! I'm glad to have them managing my prescriptions. I don't even live in Castle Pines but come to this location just because they have always treated me so well. Kevin saved me $100 on a prescription because he put it on a discount card !!!
