so, i understand starbucks is busy and i want to understand and their jobs can be stressful and i don’t want to put extra stress on the employees. But there is a point where i on purpose place an online order ahead of time to make sure it’s ready by the time i get there because i have a schedule to be on. And it’s absolutely not okay when six cars that are going through drive through and are getting what they need and people who arrived after me are getting their drinks. I reminded them about my drinks in a polite way and they were chatting with no sense of urgency. The drinks came out fifteen mins after their “estimated wait time”. Note to myself, never go to starbucks again unless you have thirty mins to an hour to waste. This was absolutely ridiculous.

Friendly staff. Very, very slow. Starting as the second car from the order stand, it took 25 minutes to reach the window. Then, my $6 cup of coffee was burnt. Not a great experience today.

Good coffee- absolutely filthy flor, seating, restrooms, and outside seating. Furniture (tables/chairs) scratched, worn, falling apart. You’d think with the money they make, they’d clean the place. Really - a disgusting place to sit and have coffee. I recommend not even going for takeout.

The registers went down in the drive thru and they couldn't think to problem solve and use the other registers that were working. Their solution: inconvenience the customers by making them come inside. I drove straight to Ziggi's coffee and won't be back.

i once spent 45 minutes in the drive through, and it took them 3 times to get my chai ICED. i used to work at starbucks and this location must have the worst manager/shift leads in the history of starbucks.

This is one of the busiest Starbucks locations I’ve been to (coming from NYC and LA!) simply because the footprint of the store is not enough to support the exploding population of Castle Pines. Quality is good as always, but USE THE APP and order ahead folks so the morning line is less than 35-40 min! The only way I can get in and out quickly is to order in the app, double or triple the wait time, then walk in to pick up my order at the counter.

it's a humongous pet peeve of mine when service is like this.4 employees. two taking amongst themselves, 1 at the drive through, and one diddling cups that keep looking at me but not offering to help or even acknowledge my presence.cute location though.

I went in to this location today, and the service was great! the team was working hard, all doing the jobs of multiple baristas. The store manager, Amber, was however sitting in cafe while the store was extremely busy. Cafe was full and there was a line wrapped around the building for drive thru. The SSV behind the counter asked for her help, saying that another barista needed a break, and the store manager just looked at her and said "okay" a few times, and went back to the conversation she was having with a group of people at a table. I'm assuming they were other store managers. 10am on a Friday morning was very obviously not the time to have a store manager get together, and for the SM to completely ignore her team asking for help was horrible to see. Starbucks has really gone downhill, and the baristas hustling behind the counter deserve a better manager than whoever Amber was.

Bad service. Every time I come to this Starbucks super super slow! They don’t care about how much you wait 10mins or 15mins and they are not even busy they just move slow and talking to their co worker.

VERY SLOW. If you order inside expect a 15-20 minute wait for 1 coffee. Life hack: mobile order or do the drive thru for efficiency and a faster service. Seems the ticketing system prioritizes mobile order and drive thru.

This employee at the Castle Pines Parkway Starbucks is such a j**** He couldn't be more unpleasant if he tried. Starbucks, he is not up to par for your business!

These Starbucks employees work hard, but just know it is super busy all the time and if you order online it will probably be ten minutes after it tells you on the app if it's anytime after 7:15. They've always gotten my order correct, but it isn't the place to go if you're in a hurry!

Came to the drive thru for water and a splash of lemonade seeing as I'm not a huge coffee person halfway through the day. Scottie, was very dismissive and rude. No other starbucks had ever charged me for this. I don't mind paying a small surcharge. But to be charged for a full lemonade and get mostly water? Theft. The shift lead was no better and they even laughed at me on the speaker as I drove away.Phil, you run a very poor location and you need to teach your team manners. Not the kind of customer experience I expect at Starbucks. Teach your "children" to grow up and be professional.

The drive thru was super busy, but it moved quite quickly, and my coffee was great! This will be my route for coffee every time I'm headed south on I-25!
