Hands down Michelle Traver is the best PA that I have seen since we moved here to Castle Rock in 2017...She is a wonderful person that hears what your saying and addresses it with compassionate....she always shows she truly cares. My daughter and best friend now also go to Michelle Traver...

Ive been going to Dr. Ashraf for over two years. The office staff, nurses, doctors, and lab techs are the best I've ever had, they are kind, caring, and professional. I moved over an hour and a half away and continued to come see them because of how they have impacted my life.

We were 15 min. late for our appointment. We called his office for being late (traffic). Dr Arnott gave permission to see him. He's very attentive & curtious to his patients. He tested my husband's problem and saw the need for two referrals. He is thoughtful and considerate to his patients. He evaluates the whole body in a holistic manner. His advice may include life style issues, which are so important to a healthy body. Thank you Dr Arnott for guiding us to care for our bodies. You are also an example for us, doing what you preach!

I cannot even explain how grateful I am to be able to meet with Kristin!! She has helped me through some of the most difficult times of loss and past memories! She is encouraging to always move forward and I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to meet with her!!

I absolutely love Dr. Ashraf. She always takes time to listen carefully to any of my concerns. She is thorough, knowledgeable and kind. Both my husband and I are patients of this practice and greatly appreciate being able to make an appointment and get in to see our doctor usually within a day or two of calling for an appointment. The office and medical staff are always professional, upbeat and friendly. Also, I love that they have an on-site lab. This happy patient highly recommends Ridgeline Family Medicine!

Dr. Ashraf is the first doctor I’ve ever had that I think of and experience as my family doctor. She’s amazing! She’s thorough, attentive, does not rush, and KNOWS you and your history. I will never go to anyone else. HIGHLY recommended!!!

From being greeted by the two front desk ladies with kindness, to seeing a cheerful and understanding MA, to meeting with the DR and her being patient and listening to my cheeks and health, it was over all a great experience on top of being sick. All staff today were so nice and caring.

Dr Arnott is professional and not judgmental. I feel very relaxed communicating with him. It is so nice not to hear “when are you going to retire??” Like I heard from the other dr there.

This place is incredibly incompetent, mainly Timothy Arnott. This moron tried to cheat me out of my money! I called them to set up a physical mostly for a pulmonary function test because I am trying to get into the abatement industry. They did Timothy Arnott would give me a call, he did call me. I spoke with him and he never once told me, "he couldn't perform them" he said, "we can order one." He never said that I had to be a patient before he could order a pulmonary function test. Come to find out, they want to charge me over $1,400 for this test. Concentra charges $250 for this same test. They are crooked and incompetent. I do not recommend this place. Save yourselves the headaches

I had an annual physical with Dr. Muna Ashraf for the 2nd time and she is so kind, a great listener, and has a wonderful bedside manner. She was well prepared with questions about my health even though I haven’t seen her in a year. The front desk ladies were also super nice and the woman who did my blood draw was the sweetest as well as fast and efficient!
