Was double-charged for a car wash. The store acknowledged that it happened by accident, but claimed ignorance on how to cancel the second charge. Called back the next day to speak to a manager, who ALSO claimed to be ignorant about how to cancel a charge, and tried to tell me I'd have to drive back to Denver to get it done. The charitable view is that everyone including the store manager is incompetent; but it's more likely they are trying to make this as inconvenient as possible in hopes I'll give up and they can keep the money.
