This library may have the best views of any library in the state. It's also a very nice and clean library. The staff is very friendly.

I've been there a few times before today, and they are so friendly!!! They treat me with respect even though I'm homeless. Today, they allowed me to stay in a room a bit longer so I could keep editing a short film I am working on. I got a library card today!!! I'm going to check out the Parker location so I can use their editing bay!!

I'm a big fan of Douglas County Libraries. I think the selection and website is great. I do wish they would carry more youth book options. There are some pretty big holes. Generally, I think the overall experience and offering is solid. It's amazing that you can check out 100+ books at a time.

We just got our new library and it has an awesome little play area. I have three small children and we have spent a lot of time at all the libraries. I was so disappointed today when parent’s decided to just leave their bratty kids to play unattended while they were who knows where. Their children were treating the play areas and others with absolutely no respect. I’m not sure when parents just stop parenting but supervise your children at the library, it’s not a daycare, and the rest of us would love for our library to stay nice.

Would love to rate it higher than this...but I can't...treatment by some librarians has been great while treatment by others has been terrible. I have been using the first come first serve library room all summer for classes and have never had an issue using the room till today. The librarian came into the first come first serve room that I was in and working in and informed that I was getting kicked out in 40 minutes. They informed me that because someone wanted to use the room I was getting kicked out even though I was in the first come first serve first. Would love management to deal with this and will be sending a email to Management about this. Most likely won't ever be back or recommend this library due to how I was treated today not only with the situation but how unprofessionally the librarians told me.

The library was great. We actually went there for a birthday party. Kind of a neat idea, the kids really enjoyed it.

This is one of our favorite libraries. It has a play post office for the kids and is a good size without being too big. They have the books for kids organized well and even have an entire shelf dedicated to kids graphic novels wich is nice.

I am so glad we live so close to this library! I come here every other week or two to replenish my reading needs. Staff is wonderful and so pleasant. Very spacious library with lot of private study rooms that you can book. They also have a hall that you can book for private events. I really like that they have new desktops with printers for anyone that needs printing done (cheaper than ups). I've spent hours here and Always look forward to coming to the library! If you aren't a member yet, you should get yourself a library card here soon!

I've only come here a couple of times. Today my daughter and I went in with a huge stack of books and one of the staff came to help right away! She was so friendly. When we were browsing for books a couple more of the ladies upstairs helped my nephew and I find something for him to read even though it was almost closing time before the day before a holiday. On our way out they gave us a book bag and it made my little one so happy.
